This was my third visit to doughbird. All times have been at lunch. All of their salads are fresh and tasty. They have two styles of pizza and I prefer the thinner crust one. Their chicken pot pie is wonderful.

Slow slow slow service. The pizza came out cold after waiting nearly an hour. The replaced it and did'nt charge us for the second pizza which hot but a little doughy. We were not going to wait for another redo.

Thank goodness we had an amazing server and manager take care of us. It took 20 min. to receive our drinks from the bar, 45 min. for our food. While we waited, the manager comped our drinks. My pizza came out totally burnt to a crisp. The manager said it would take another 30 min to replace so I ordered the Chicken Avocado salad instead. It came right out, but had no chicken. The manager was so infuriated with the kitchen and our issues, that she comped our whole meal and gave us a gift card to come back. If the manager and server hadn't been so gracious and attentive, we would never return. We have always had great service and food in the past and will return for another try.

We really like going to Doughbirds and regularly eat there so we were quite disappointed when our food took over 45 minutes to be delivered and when it came my 1/2 of chicken was cold. HOWEVER, what makes Doughbirds GREAT are the people and both our server and the manager went out of their way to make it RIGHT! They comped my meal and even sent us home with another 1/2 chicken to make up for the poor experience. This really is a fabulous restaurant and one we will continue to go to if not for any other reason because they know what it means to take care of their customers and ensure that when things do not meet their high standards they not only fix it but go out of their way to do even more. Thank you to the entire team for being such great hosts!

This was the first visit for two of the three people in our party. A bit underwhelming. It was very loud. If you want to have a conversation it's going to be difficult. We each ordered salads and then a pizza to share. The chopped salad had very little flavor-quite boring. We got a hand stretched pizza with various meat on it. It was pretty much cold when it arrived at our table. We took a few bites because we were so hungry, but then flagged down the server and told her the issue. A manager then came to our table and said they were making a new pizza for us. It was delivered about five minutes later and was much better. Just overall, I would not go back to this restaurant. I feel like there are better options for this type of food.

Waiter was friendly and attentive. Hummus with pita was delicious. Each of us enjoyed our salad - mine was “ingredient” with lettuce substituted for kale. I love it that way.

Let me first say the food was great. Yes, go for the food. Service was fine. The drinks.. don’t waste your money. We split the “winter sangria” pitcher between my husband and I and upon first sip we both decided it tasted like strawberry koolaid. After finishing the pitcher in our 45 minute dinner I can confirm it was like koolaid. There was not a single glass of wine in that. How can you call something sangria without wine?? I could have flown a plane after drinking that whole pitcher. Food yes, drinks no.

Everyone in our party of 8 enjoyed their meal. We had the buffalo wings, margherita pizza, rotisserie chicken, chopped salad, ingredient salads, french dip, chicken pot pie, a burger, and the chicken noodle soup. Our server, Ellie, was wonderful. She dealt with each of us beautifully and took good care of our table as well as the others tables she was assigned to. The only drawback was fitting 8 people in a table meant for 6 or 7 at the most. They do have bigger tables so we were surprised not to be seated at one of those. We were so involved in catching up with each other that we neglected to ask to move when one of those tables opened up. We'll know next time.

Our 1st time and the customer service was top notch and very accommodating for our large group. My friend and I both reserved tables for 8, and when I arrived, they offered to push our tables together and said they could add more chairs if we needed it. Very impressed!! The food was amazing. Love that there is free parking in the garage. Thank you, and we will definitely be back! Loved it!!

The food was OK for the price, my pizza was a little cold, but I think its because they were waiting for other food to be ready. The ambiance has potential. The bar area is nice, but restaurant area a little sad. Felt like an old chain restaurant. Our server was friendly, but the food took forever, considering the place was barely half full. We probably will not go back since Nashville has some really great pizza and chicken places.

We had a very good experience getting a reservation through the app. Our waitress named Angel was very attentive. It was a busy time, and the food was slightly delayed but nothing too bothersome. The quality of the food was fantastic!

Lots of tasty options to choose from. Try the copy cane sauce - it's delicious! And save room for the warm butterscotch cake!

My family has been several times now, always with my toddler son. Food is delicious, some favorites include crispy brussels sprouts, shishito peppers, and whole chicken with lemon pepper sauce. We’ve also tried all of the pizzas and would recommend all of them. My son, is pretty active, loud, and doesn’t sit still and the staff is very accommodating and understanding. Which we appreciate it the friendly service. Recommend for families and anyone who likes good pizza/chicken. Definitely worth going… and going back!

The shrimp appetizer was great! The chicken tenders and salmon were great as well! I got the tenders grilled instead of fried. We asked our server if that was possible and she said we could. Our server, Angel, was fantastic!! We will be back.

The food (Chicken Tenders and Pizza) are excellent. The atmosphere is casual and easy. And the service is spot on. Great option for a casual dinner.
