DOSALAS is a new experience. We’ve given up “traditional” in favor of a more engaging, dynamic + interactive dining adventure. Whether you choose to sit on our fully enclosed and heated Pearl Deck overlooking the water, or any of our many seating areas, we present a series of curated plates as they’re prepared, allowing you to indulge in the flavors of Latin America with your friends + family. Our service ensures that you have a truly unique experience every time.

Going in I expected a world-class restaurant. I was very disappointed. The food is good for what we had but the service and the ambience needs serious help I won’t be going back.

Honestly the best thing about Dosalas was our fantastic waitress names Graciela. She was a delight, attentive - but not overly so, and she treated my husband to a delicious vanilla ice cream dessert for his birthday with a candle and everything. The vibe was mixed. Beautiful view - which is why I whisked my hubby there as a surprise adventure from Portland over to Vancouver. Walking in we caught the giant waft of strong cologne and headed up the stairs where the space opened up to a lovely floor of tables, bars, and full view of the gorgeous Columbia River. The host was accommodating and prompt. I had the feeling maybe we were there early for this spots scene because there wasn't many people there - at all (it was about 7pm). The interior is upscale club-style circa 2000. Some may not recall that - its white and synthetic. Thats fine actually, in fact a music video was being made while we were there so that was fun and contributed to the old school LA feel of the place. Out on the deck they had 2 kinds of music streaming from different sides - that was chaotic and just... did not contribute to a well-branded experience. Anyhow, did I say the waitress was amazing? She was. She was super friendly and authentic. She took care of everyone around our corned of the outside veranda seating and made sure we weren't too hot from the gas fire, nor too cold. The food wasn't bad, just not using all fresh ingredients (think frozen mango, chilled guacamole, sad looking dried up corn kernels that were chewy), and the price is top dollar. It's just not a place for foodies. I think their view + cocktails, and Graciela, are the best reason to go there; each are excellent and unforgettable. That makes for memories and those are what count the most. All in all, it was an adventure and we appreciated it. Thank you Graciela for your cheerful and top notch service.

The atmosphere is engaging and upbeat. You get the sense you are in a nice restaurant. I will say that the price point is a bit high for the service you are getting. I often feel that the servers don't take the time to check in on their guests which makes my overall experience good but not great. For the price of the food, which is good, the service doesn't match it. So, is this fine dining? Well, it could be fine dining if there was more excellent service.

We had a business dinner on Wednesday... the food was Amazing. The service on the other hand was terrible. I always book our team dinners at El Gaucho, but had heard great things about Dosalas and wanted to give you a try. We had to ask our server numerous times for drinks, food, water, etc. I would love to come back, but when entertaining clients and executives, we need the service to be 5 stars.

The ribeye was noticeably smaller than previous times were visited, which was disappointing because that’s a $180 steak. Everything else was excellent.

Music is too loud, you could not hear anyone at your table talking. We were sitting on the patio. Food selection on Mother’s Day brunch was very limited and we were not too impressed. Service was great considering how busy they were. I would recommend it for younger folks, but the loud and obnoxious boom boom music is something less than desired for those of us who are “seasoned”.

Completely PHENOMENAL experience! Took my wife here for Mother’s Day & our wedding anniversary & she really enjoyed herself. The food , the atmosphere, the service. The little rose on Mother’s Day was a special touch. Everything about DOSALAS was a vibe. The outside view was gorgeous. We really enjoyed our time and will be definitely returning! 10000/10000
