Don’s Favorite Foods is a prix-fixe restaurant created by husband and wife team Chef Don Salamone and Kate Laurents in partnership with Sommelier Adam Galbraith.
We also offer cocktails courtesy of Jeffrey Morgenthaler and Benjamin "Banjo" Amberg.

Our Italian and French-influenced menu changes monthly and highlights dishes Don grew up with as well as those he mastered though his experiences working at Michelin-starred restaurants all over the country.

From Don: At Don’s, you may find gnocchi like my Ma used to make or Italian sausage modeled after my Godfather’s, Oreste “Ernie” Capone. You might also find scallops still in their shells, Oregon pork in the style of Braciole, and popovers I learned to make from my mother-in-law, Terry, because the Laurents family makes those every Christmas morning... beef tartare, sea urchin, caviar, etc too. These things are all my favorites.

What an experience!! Delicious food, wonderful ambience, and a great time. We all really enjoyed everything. Only minor thing would be wish the temperature inside was cooler.

A new gem in Beaverton. Highly recommend Don's for excellent food served in such a cozy atmosphere with great wine pairings. I expect we'll return each month for the new menu.

A+++ experience from start to finish! Rare ambiance, attentive service, truly felt like we were family. Every course was absolutely spectacular. We can’t wait to come back again.

Outstanding food and personalized service from the Chef/Owner. Our host/server, Adam made an excellent wine selection for us, and provided wonderful table service. Every bite was an adventure. Fine dining at its best.

I have been on many dining adventures, including Michelin-starred, and this was outstanding amongst them. The menu was perfect for my tastes, and the quality of ingredients was top-notch. I loved the atmosphere and ambiance and the music was perfect for the vibe. Don't sleep on this quaint spot in Beaverton.

Great food, service and ambiance. Unlike other tasting menus we've had, we actually left the restaurant feeling full and very pleased. Love the teamwork between Don, his wife, Kate and Adam. Looking forward to coming back.

Don is a food artist. Everything we have had here has been wonderful. He prepares each entree individually with very fine ingredients. Don's is a small venue and expensive but worth it for a special dinner!
