We were able to sit at one of the tables closer to the riverwalk which gave us a great view. The table itself was warped and not a flat service. Literally almost broke a glass since everything sloped from the middle. Service could have been a little quicker. We were a little perturbed to realize the salsa we were offered with the guac and chips was not included but cost extra. Just weird. But overall, we enjoyed the ambiance, location, food and drinks! We had the guac, signature margarita, green chile enchiladas and churros with ice cream for dessert. I would recommend all of it!

Undoubtedly the worst Mexican food. The enchiladas had no taste, were soggy and floating in a watery sauce; the guacamole was bland, and devoid of onions, cilantro, jalapenos or lime. Not sure why this restaurant has such high ratings. There was nothing we ordered that would justify more than a 2.

Great setting and a really cool buzzy ambience with good music and riverside patio. The food was great. We had guacamole and ceviche to start. Both were well seasoned and light. We also tried the chicken enchiladas and fish tacos. The fish tacos could have had a bit more seasoning but were fresh and tasty all the same.

Location is very good. Server did a great job for how busy the restaurant was. Only downside was the reservation was for 8pm but didn’t get seated til after 8:30. We did a coupon for 20% off drinks for their upstairs bar.

Came for Cinco. Sat on patio. Birds were annoying. Entree chicken enchilada was not great and way over priced. Guacamole was good. Server was fine. Overall think it was over rated but decent for river walk

Great dining along the Riverwalk! Cocktails were tasty and the atmosphere was lively. Smaller menu was also a very nice surprise. Can’t wait to go again!!

Awesome food and cocktails! The restaurant itself is beautiful and in a great location. The shrimp ceviche, enchiladas and braised beef were exquisite.

Great location, right in the riverwalk. Great food including alcoholic beverages. Very relaxing, enjoyed the people watching as they strolled down the riverwalk barges. Only thing that caught me by surprises was the $6 Cokes, for the kids drinks. Recommend changing to fountain drinks. Silly to pay that much for a single coke, especially those of us with big families.

We have dined at Domingo’s before (brunch and dinner). It never disappoints! Will return for sure. It was during Fiesta and the noise level was higher than usual but it was not bad…all were happy 👍😋

The food was delicious and perfect portion sizes. My husband had the short rib and I had the tuna tostada and we shared the elote. The ambiance on the patio was spectacular with the dim table lights coupled with the landscape lights of the river walk. Highly recommend!

Had a date night recently, and we decided to try Domingo. High remarks on the ambience, from the outdoor patio, overlooking the Riverwalk, to great music choices that are not too distracting. The drinks were great. However, we were slightly disappointed with the food. It seemed that everything was rushed. Our entrées managed to come out before our appetizers even though we had ordered our entrées 10 minutes after our drinks and appetizers. Really threw a curveball on our date night and made us wonder if most of the entrées are premade in large batches and not to order. Upon exiting Domingo, we glanced into their very small kitchen, tucked away behind the hostess stand, and confirmed our suspicions that most likely a good portion of their dishes are being premade in large quantities. I will definitely come back for the ambience and drinks, probably will forgo eating here next time.

Had a reservation for 8:00.pm for several days before dining here. They acted like we didn’t & were told the table wouldn’t be available until later. That was ok. Went to bar to wait. Got our table about 8:20 but then service took quite awhile responding. Also, chairs are covered in cloth & very dirty. Menu was meh..very limited & boring. Was hoping for a TX Mex fix since we moved away from TX 3 years ago & were excited to be back. Next morning tried breakfast there..nope. Had to sit for 10 minutes while waiting for coffee. Got to watch 2 of the waiters on their cell phones & yakking it up. Weird breakfast items & again very limited menu. For the price point, skip this restaurant.

Great river walk location paired with great food and service. Guacamole and salsa very flavorful with just the right kick. The two entrees we had were delicious, so I would bet so is the rest of the menu.

Loved all the food, had short rib quesadillas, Mexican shrimp cocktail, flat iron steak, street corn. Everything top notch. Great service from server and other staff and managers. We were happy they took reservations. Very convenient!! Great table outside. The bourbon and bubbles cocktail was delicious. Would love to go back if we were staying in town. Highly recommend!

We had a great dinner last night at Domingo! Caesar salad and cornbread skillet to start out, then pollo asado and fish tacos for the mains. Outstanding, attentive service from Steve!! The only negative was that the music was very loud at the back of the outdoor dining area, right near the speaker. It would be much quieter up toward the front railing on the Riverwalk. All around, though, excellent!

Very Average food, had reservation but still had to wait for table to be available, sat on a very dirty chair cushion, mentioned it to restaurant manager who answered…”It is what it is. We ordered new cushions”. Would not go back.

we were very disappointed that the outdoor table we had reserved nearly a month prior was not available upon our arrival. We were told we’d have to wait 45 min - 1 hour to be seated outdoors. The host staff did a very good job providing options and managing the situation . The manager/consultant (Thomas?)was exceptionally kind, understanding and empathetic, and our waiter Josue was great , very attentive. Special shout out to Dominic, who came over to our table and chatted with us after our meal. He was very genuine and we really enjoyed talking with him!

Store bought Tostitos for chips. If it wasn’t on the river walk it wouldnt make it. Server was great and made it fun.

The service there was great starting with the receptionist. We had a reservation for 2:30 but she got us in earlier and accommodated us with a table right away. My wife and I both ordered the green chili chicken enchiladas and they were amazing! Our server was also great and we met the manager Keith who was a very kind and friendly gentleman! The food was fantastic including the complementary churros for dessert! Overall it was outstanding! Would go again!

Busy restaurant - with corresponding noise level but still within limits - where we sat outside. Service remained quite good still. We had to wait a bit for pre-dinner cocktails ordered, but these were really good and worth the wait. At my request, the food didn't arrive before we finished our cocktails: kudos for that. Overall, we liked the menu and quality of the food, and the wine by the glass was pleasant. Can recommend.

Beautiful restaurant! Right on the riverwalk, so the view was beautiful and the day was cool and breezy. As far as the service, it was mediocre. Got coffee and cream but no sugars or sweeteners were provided and we weren’t asked if we wanted any. No spoon was provided for coffee either. The cups for water did have old food or something in them which was an easy fix. The food was decent. It was room temperature though. The cocktails were pretty and the menu makes them sound delicious but that was it. Everyone has a taste preference but to me they were very watered down drinks. Would not go again and would not recommend.
