Orange County's newest upscale dining experience is now open on Lake Mission Viejo! Well known for our iconic location in Long Beach, Domenico’s was one of the first restaurants to serve pizza in California and is famous for our legendary pizzas and amazing Italian and American inspired dishes. Domenico's on the Lake is an upscale take on our original location featuring new steak and seafood entrees, while still featuring the original recipes that have made us an institution in Southern California.

NOTE: OUR LAKESIDE PATIO HAS LIMITED SEATING AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED BECAUSE THE DEMAND OFTEN EXCEEDS AVAILABILITY. PATIO SEATING REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO A WAIT.

    May 29 2024 I took my nephew from Virginia He had the chicken marsala...very delicious Server was wonderful My meatballs and pasta was very good I was a little disappointed in the sauce appeared and tasted very bland Managers did NOT come to our table on the patio and speak to us like usual but they were speaking to other guests on the patio.

    The view is spectacular, the service is pretty good, the food is not good. This perhaps explains why a restaurant in such a beautiful setting was fairly empty on a Memorial Day weekend Sunday. My Giant Meatballs and my daughter’s salmon and ratatouille were obviously not fresh. The meatballs had been reheated. They were overcooked and dry, it was the same with my daughter’s meal. My husband said the meat sauce on his lasagna tasted weird. Even the bread wasn’t good and that is the first time I have not liked the bread in an Italian restaurant. It is really a shame and disappointing.

    excellent overall. Great place to take someone you care about and valued friends. We will be back soon to enjoy another meal and atmosphere.

    We had an outstanding experience at Domenicos. Every staff person was kind and helpful. Food was delicious. Loved the ambiance on the patio. We’ll be back!!

    Our waiter was fantastic, very on it. They turned heaters on for my Mom for her before she got there.

    The best waitress. Sorry I forgot her name. We had an inside table facing the lake on a cool evening. Everyone ordered different. Fish, beef dip pasta. Everyone thought their meal was good. All great values. We will return soon!

    The service by our waiter, Tom, was excellent. The kitchen was very flixible nd substitutions were welcome. Sitting on the patio was perfect. Food quality was very good and all portions were take home sized. We will definintley be back,

    We just moved to the area and found this gem! The food is so good, the staff is so professional and the total experience is awesome every time. We dine here once a week and look forward to seeing everyone. By the way it’s on beautiful Lake Mission Viejo with a magnificent view!

    Dominico’s put me in a corner for Mother’s Day. No view. Didn’t mention that they had a special limited menu and most of the food was tasteless.
