Orange County's newest upscale dining experience is now open on Lake Mission Viejo! Well known for our iconic location in Long Beach, Domenico’s was one of the first restaurants to serve pizza in California and is famous for our legendary pizzas and amazing Italian and American inspired dishes. Domenico's on the Lake is an upscale take on our original location featuring new steak and seafood entrees, while still featuring the original recipes that have made us an institution in Southern California.

NOTE: OUR LAKESIDE PATIO HAS LIMITED SEATING AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED BECAUSE THE DEMAND OFTEN EXCEEDS AVAILABILITY. PATIO SEATING REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO A WAIT.

Domenico’s has become a semi-regular visit for me, on account of their tasty Sunday Brunch options and their friendly service. The only reason I don’t go more is because I love to sit outside looking at the lake, and well, the California weather in 2024 hasn’t cooperated. I can vouch for the Creme Brulee French Toast and the Short Rib Hash. Plus their Mimosa’s are unique: They serve the wine by itself, and then put a cup of juice on the side, which you can add as much (or as little!) as you want. The workers and servers here are all top tier. I’ve yet to have a sub-par experience!

Wonderful evening overlooking Lake Mission Viejo. The service, food and ambience were wonderful. We will definitely be going back soon, probably for Sunday brunch, which we've heard is great!

We had a great meal with friends this past weekend at Domenico's on Saturday. Olivia was very attentive to our needs and allergy requirements and we received excellent service from all staff, including Tamara Salsgiver, the general manager. The food came quickly and was delicious. We always enjoy coming to Domenico's and sitting on the patio with the beautiful view of the lake. We highly recommend this restaurant!

May 29 2024 I took my nephew from Virginia He had the chicken marsala...very delicious Server was wonderful My meatballs and pasta was very good I was a little disappointed in the sauce appeared and tasted very bland Managers did NOT come to our table on the patio and speak to us like usual but they were speaking to other guests on the patio.

The view is spectacular, the service is pretty good, the food is not good. This perhaps explains why a restaurant in such a beautiful setting was fairly empty on a Memorial Day weekend Sunday. My Giant Meatballs and my daughter’s salmon and ratatouille were obviously not fresh. The meatballs had been reheated. They were overcooked and dry, it was the same with my daughter’s meal. My husband said the meat sauce on his lasagna tasted weird. Even the bread wasn’t good and that is the first time I have not liked the bread in an Italian restaurant. It is really a shame and disappointing.

excellent overall. Great place to take someone you care about and valued friends. We will be back soon to enjoy another meal and atmosphere.
