We are an ultra, pink mid century inspired cocktail bar and restaurant. Dolly’s is a fun, playful and inclusive space to celebrate, connect and catch up. Our menu is Peruvian in its roots and fused with North American and southern flare. Our cocktail menu is tropically inspired, and is agave, pisco and cachaca forward, balanced and innovative.

The food was soaked in so much lime and cilantro that’s all you could taste, and the crispy pork was so chewy and tasted like it was made days ago and reheated. The ceviche was bland and again, the only flavour that came through was hardcore lime. The drinks were way too strong tasting, I couldn’t handle them.

Excellent cocktails, really great and attentive service! The food was fantastic. We lucked out and went during happy hour. The decor is amazing. I can't wait to go back.

Dolly's did not disappoint! The cocktails were lovely but the food totally shone! The empanadas were delicious...and those sauces that accompanied them! So yummy! The chicken lollipops were so flavourful and cooked to perfection. We will be back!

Our server at Dolly’s was next level. I had friends visiting out of town and the conversation about Mezcal and food had us cackling - really appreciated their expertise and attention to detail so that I can convince my pals to move to Edmonton. YEG’s best!

Loved the atmosphere, went for brunch, is new for Dollys I believe. Food was cold and not very good our party of 6 all got different menu items and no one enjoyed their food unfortunately and several mentioned their food being cold as well. We had a few servers but the one gal we spent the most time with was not friendly at all, was slamming food and drinks down, didn’t want to talk with us and generally seemed like she was not happy to be working on a Sunday. As it stands I would not go back to Dollys after this experience which is too bad as I love the interior and vibe.

Great cocktails, great food, great service. We especially liked the empanadas and the corn ribs. We were there on a Friday night after 8pm and there was a fantastic DJ--but I would say the music volume was a little bit of a challenge to conversation.

I loved it here! It was so cute and nicely decorated, and I absolutely love how it was all pink inside! The food was incredible and came pretty quickly too. It was pretty loud in there, at least at the time I went (after 7 pm on a Friday night) but I still had a great time overall and will definitely come back again!

We had a fabulous girls dinner at Dolly's. Service was fantastic, cocktails were tasty and the food was delicious. Excellent value!
