Loved it, food was really good. Service was great and was looked after very well. Would definitely go again.

The food is nice, overpriced for the quality you get, hence the rating. Service was good, staff friendly but the whole time there was an over powering and pervading scent of vanilla and almond that was so strong you could taste it. Kept looking for a plug in diffuser but ended up to be the staff and their perfume.

My friend and I had lunch at the Dog and Puckle this week. We were welcomed and treated with attentiveness. We both felt extremely relaxed, and enjoyed our meals tremendously. Thanks to all who made our visit so nice!!

Our most recent visit to the Dog & Pickle was brilliant. Food was amazing, service excellent (it's always better to be served by the same person throughout the meal) and it was quiet, until a load of racegoers came in. It is our go-to restaurant in Rossett now.

Slow service. Marketing on social media and website and the reality didn’t add up. Food was fine but from social media I had higher expectations so was disappointed. Very few dairy free options. very slow service. Pleasant staff but overall disappointed.

Very prompt and efficient service by two young ladies who worked hard to ensure all guests’ orders were taken and processed There’s some good innovation and effort spent on the menu- we had the tikka chicken and spring vegetable risotto; both were delicious This is not your standard pub grub menu, it’s slightly on the expensive side but well worth the extra expenditure, we will be returning

Lovely comfortable little eatery with friendly welcoming staff. The food is delicious and fresh. I would highly recommend eating here.
