Stefanie and Elvie provided excellent service!!! Took care of any issues that came up while we were there. The door man, Charles, walked us to the elevator and took our party directly to the door. Every staff member that we came in contact with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be back!!!!

Everything about our first visit to Dockum was perfect. Everyone on the staff was so welcoming and nice. I had mentioned on our reservation that it was our anniversary and it seemed like everyone on the staff was aware, everyone that came to our table wished us a "happy anniversary". It was such a nice personal touch that was very appreciated. Our server Stephanie was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us pick the perfect drinks. The bartender Dan did not disappoint, every drink was AMAZING! We tried 5 different ones off the menu in total and loved them all. We also ordered a couple of appetizers to munch on throughout the night and those were great as well. We will definitely be back!

This was our worst experience at dockum. Took 27 minutes to get drinks and we had to steal a menu off another table. The waitress introduced herself but then couldn’t take our order at the time due to another table even though we were ready to order. Wrong drink was brought out and the service throughout was not in line with the premium pricing.

Service was not as expected. Been here several times and never had as long of a wait. Accidentally brought 2 drinks because of the lack of coordination between servers.

Concept of a speakeasy is great. But the execution was just so-so. They were incredibly understaffed (especially for a Friday night). Drinks were ok. Nothing outstanding, but nothing bad. Waitress brought three separate checks, before we had even asked for a check, separating them even though it was our friend's birthday so we had planned on just getting one check. After waiting over 10 minutes to pay for our separate checks and no one coming to get our cards, we just dug around and came up with enough cash (including a 20% tip) so we could leave.

Nice little place to take friends or a date and have a nice chill night to enjoy some drinks and good company. They had live music when we went and it was entertaining. The drinks were fantastic and had a lot of showmanship to them. Would definitely go back.

If you are looking for a quiet, sort of chill vibe this is not the place. Crowded and loud. Maybe some people are good with that, but there are a million places you can get that in ICT. Was hoping for something a little unique.

We made reservations weeks in advance. It was Valentine’s Day and they had an inexperienced wait staff for the busiest night of the year. We’ve been there annually and never ran into such bad service. It was noisy and over packed. Less is more. We would have spent double but couldn’t get drinks served fast enough. Bartenders had lulls waiting on waitresses.
