Located in the vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood, D.O.C. Winebar opened in 2002 and has been a small family business. Claudio Coronas and Rossana Patteri, owners, wanted to bring the simple foods of their homeland ( Sardinia ) to the United States.
D.O.C. stands for Denominazione di Origine Controllata.

    Great experience, food was amazing, the wine list (with only Italian wines) is comprehensive and at a good value. Totally recommended

    Fabio is a very attentive, engaging and informative waiter. Food was great, ambience made you feel you were in the Italian countryside

    We had a late reservation and stopped in early. Claudio was glad to seat us early and the three of us were quickly escorted to our table. The ambiance takes you out of the city to Italy - Sardinia to be precise! Fabio directed our meal and experience perfectly. From helping choose the perfect wine to the precise complimenting dishes! Terrific experience and can’t wait to return.

    Incredible restaurant. Our waiter steered us the right direction on food and wine, was funny, and made our night out special. Everything we ordered was so good. Highly recommend this place. You feel like your in Italy.

    Enjoy the atmosphere, service is great. The servers are attentive. I have questions for recommendation. The waiter was really helpful, the best choices and accommodating my friend. Enjoy the surface

    My favorite neighborhood staple! It feels like you’ve actually been transported to Italy. The staff is always warm and friendly and the specials are always perfect

    Amazing big last minute birthday dinner here! Had whole back room to ourselves. Food and service were both spectacular, and the ambiance was perfect.
