Casual upscale restaurant in a great atmosphere with amazing food & drinks family owned and operated.

When we set out to invent District 13 we wanted to combine casual comfort and a nice dining experience. We chose Sunbury because we love it here, it’s where we live. We never set out to be a fine dining establishment or have those expectations. We simply wanted a nice place that was engaging, inviting and good food that has a touch of downtown style with a country twist that’s made fresh. We did the same with our bar program by creating unique items and one of a kind cocktails.
We are being considered by most to be “upscale country casual” and thats fine by us. We have a warm rustic wood vibe with a contemporary outline that come together nicely with our comfort foods. We want you to feel warm, welcomed and at home when you stop in to see us. This was our goal and I hope we achieved it for you. We wish everyone well.

Made reservations a week early. They weren't prepared for it and got crappy seating. I'm high risk for Covid. Not many employees wore a mask. It was crowded. Not enough selection on menu. I didn't feel safe at all. I won't be back.

It was an amazing evening, out on the patio. The lamb lollipops are as fantastic as I remember. We had a party of 6, cocktails and beers were great, everyone enjoyed their entrees and dessert was excellent. The chorizo meatloaf is a huge portion and so flavorful. The shrimp scallopini was devine - and such a huge portion I took half home. Jassen is wonder and we cant wait to come again.

The food was really good, but not awesome. Just a couple items were a little off. Overall, though, great place!

Terrible service, which is a shame because this place has such potential. Also - the workers need to understand masks should be worn on their faces, not their necks.

Really great find in Sunbury. Good is really good. Great cocktails. The brussel sprout and pretzel bite apps are a must. Both are fantastic. Live music Saturday was a little loud for dinner. But great music.

Dinner was amazing! We had the sharable crab special it was fantastic!. I ordered the lamb lollipops app for my dinner it was cooked well with lots of flavor. I ordered an aviation it was made to perfect!. My husband ordered the meatloaf said it tasted great and the mashed potatoes were phenomenal. We will back. The service was attentive and our food was piping hot!.

Great way for us to get out for the first time during quarantine. Food is well priced and excellent quality. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
