Awful experience because of the terrible service from the waiter and bartender. Not worth the time and money to try it out

Terrible service. We sat for 30min before flagging another server to help us. Two tables walked out because they did not receive service. The manager was very apologetic, overall they were not prepared to take on a small crowd of people. Under staffed

Fried raviolis were great. Chicken parm was good. Alfredo not so great. Steak fries overdone and tough. Worth a try for the raviolis alone.

My husband and I had reservations on Saturday at Dirty Rascal. Upon arrival, we were able to be seated right away. We originally wanted to be seated outside, but couldn't do to a buyout. So we were seated in the booth area inside. Once seated, it took awhile to be greeted by our server; however, I don't fault her because they seemed understaffed. She arrived and asked to take our appetizer order. We put in an order for the crispy St. Louis ravioli. We wanted to put in a drink order as well, but we weren't asked at the time. Our ravioli came out and it was hot and crispy. We thoroughly enjoyed this dish. Still waiting to place our drink orders, we decided the next time our server came, we needed to order everything at once. She eventually came back and we ordered an old fashioned, margarita italiano, the lobster spaghetti (only served on Friday-Saturday), and the scallop & lemon risotto. It didn't take long for our drinks to come out and they were pretty good. Shortly thereafter, our food came out. Thankfully, it was hot, as I read other reviews of food being served cold. So I happy about that. Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience and we hope the service will be better to up those stars to a 5. Looking forward to dining again in the future.

Poor quality of food, limited breakfast menu, apparently new menu. Staff in training mode, completely lost. This restaurant shouldn't be associated with a Thompson brand.

The food was amazing! We enjoyed several dishes on the menu and the truffle pasta is the winner for me. But all the dishes were very tasty. Flavor 4.2 out of 5 stars Great date night vibes. My sisters birthday was amazing. The drinks were a 3.5 out of 5 though which brought the overall experience to a 4 out of 5.

One of our favorite places to dine. Dined with my husband and in-laws and everything was wonderful. They’ve changed the menu, so I wasn’t able to get my fave lasagna, however the Signature Rigatoni was delicious. Left full and happy. Until next time.

Everything was great besides the parking, we waited 30 minutes after dinner for our car at Valet.

Dirty Rascal and the Thompson are frequent date night away spots for my wife and I. We enjoy dinner and breakfast here, always good food and great service and the cocktails are top notch!
