Mother’s Day brunch was excellent. The room and tables looked lovely. There was tons of food and it was delicious. Unfortunately, we had a blinking overhead chandelier which was slightly annoying. The ice sculpture was very pretty. Everything was well organized

We got married here 6 years ago and went for brunch on our anniversary. We’ve been a few times before. The food was good and they had a lot of options. The only difference we really noticed was the dessert selection wasn’t as big as it used to be. They also didn’t have a lot of people working but the 2 ladies we saw were doing a great job trying to take care of everyone when they could. I’ve seen reviews before about how quiet it is and it was very quiet. Some light music would have been nice. When we got married they were in the process of updating the hotel but it seems they must have stopped because the restaurant looked exactly the same. Nothing wrong with it. It looked clean but just dated. The price was very reasonable for what you get. We would definitely go back again.

Very disappointed with our Easter Brunch experience. The food was mediocre. The service was terrible- we only got one glass of water and one cup of coffee the entire time, no one around to ask for more. Still waiting on the glass of apple juice for the child in our group. Dirty plates piled up on our dining table (at one point there were 12 dirty plates). The food was not replenished often enough so there were empty trays. There was a wait for clean plates. It was exorbitantly expensive for an average meal with below average service. We will not be returning.

Food was cold, dry, unappetizing - not much table service and not worth the cost. Years ago it was a beautiful brunch - now, not so much.

Very pleasantly surprised. Had not been to the Regency brunch in many years. So many choices the food was fresh and very good! Took some friends to celebrate a retirement. We all very much enjoyed it. The only thing that I would say, is that they need some nice classical or jazz music playing or something. It was too quiet, so it detracted from the ambience. I felt like you could just hear everybody’s conversation and they could hear ours. Somehow some soft music makes it feel a little cozier. All in all very good.

Took forever to get coffee- no cream . Food was bland and dry. With tip for four of us I spent $200. Just was not good value for money - servers where always missing at the same time

Food was very good, however, the buffet opens at 11:00 and we had 11:30 reservations and the carving station was already out of prime rib. Not good planning.

Westford brunch was very nice, service was slow, as at the time they appeared to be short staffed.

We were seated at our reservation time. Waitress greeted us promptly and offered juice and coffee she was very pleasant. We were a party of six adults and three children. The buffet stations were set up and there was plentiful food and they replenished as needed. The omelet station was only manned by one person and at times there was a long slow line. There were supposed to be waffles made to order, but it was just a steam table station and they were cold. The carving station was ham and roast beef. I had a small slice of roast beef and found it cold not even warm They did have a nice dessert selection. The Santa looked to be a teenager and children were not engaging with him.
