Dinah’s Poolside Restaurant offers indoor and heated outdoor dining in a relaxing environment overlooking the pool. Private dining is also available in our Fireside Room or private Lanai patio.

This casual restaurant is renowned by locals for a hearty breakfast and lunch-time favorites. In the evening, Chef Gerardo Naranjo elevates the experience with steak and seafood classics.

Fresh, seasonal and local. We offer the highest quality cage free eggs, sustainable produce and free range meats sourced locally whenever possible.

For over 55 years we have been serving the Palo Alto area with great service, consistent food, and hand squeezed orange juice!

Nice Mother's Day Brunch poolside. Food was excellent with wide variety of fruit, cheeses, breakfast staples, chef station and wonderful desserts with an array of Mimosa's. Beautiful Mother's Day.

We had a group reservation outside on a beautiful Saturday. Since the weather was so perfect, there were a lot of kids in the pool, so it was a little noisy, but not so loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation. The setting is gorgeous, the service was great, and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend Dinah's Poolside Restaurant!

It was a warm afternoon, perfect for outdoor seating at poolside! Hostess was NOT very friendly, our server was VERY professional, friendly, genuine. The host was-meh, seem to cater to a certain crowd… ok experience was made better by our server only… Good prices on drinks for happy hour I suppose

Love Dinahs poolside for breakfast or lunch. It is so beautiful to dit poolside and enjoy my meal. Hugo is the best server there as he knows his customers snd always makes you feel at home. My faborite for breakfast is the delicious french toast and hor lunch, either the Cobb salad or the absolutely fabulous Reuben sandwhich!

Poolside dining at sundown on a warm evening with a glass of sangria was perfect. Steak frites as a main and a baked-to-order chocolate lava cake with fruit and ice cream were exactly what I wanted.

We were seated promptly and our server Gisele was excellent. The down side is a party of 20 women right next to us. But that’s the way it goes.

First time dining and seated poolside made me feel like I was away on holiday. Food was very good, Bloody Mary was spicey! Dining in the freshair and sunshine makes for a great experience.

Fantastic service, food and ambience. A beautiful day to sit outside for happy hour. Will come again, maybe a bit earlier as we had to rush to make the cutoff time. We ordered a bit of everything, wine, cocktails, sliders, tempura, pita & tzatziki, popcorn chicken and nachos. All excellent and a great price.

We had a great time with friends lunching by the pool. Hugo was our server and provided outstanding service. Returned later for dessert. Best bread pudding I’ve ever had. Recommended by Hugo. We love coming to Dinah’s. Service, delicious food and ambience all excellent.

Our go to place for Easter Brunches. We love it here. The bread table had no butter and the libations service was a little off. But we will keep coming back because the food spread was wonderful.

It was lovely sitting out by the pool, and the food (grilled salmon with polenta and flavorful vegetables) was very tasty. It took a bit to get the check, but the rest of the service was great.

The food and ambiance are good. Our server was very nice but she had way too many tables so it was pretty slow. Again she and the busser were great it was not their fault. The restaurant appeared under staffed.

Dinah's Poolside Restaurant is excellent in every way. It is casual, friendly, quiet, and surrounded by pleasant scenery. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. The service is excellent! The outside seating is obviously best when the weather is sunny and bright, but even when the weather is not so great, it is comfortable and both the service and food are as excellent as ever.

Horrible mix-up with Open Table reservations. Made confirmed reservations on Valentine's Day, but upon arrival we were informed there was a special party and they couldn't seat us. After some wrangling, they seated us outside in the cold, but we did have great service, but choice of only one expensive fixed price menu. Trouble was with Open Table wrongly confirming. Not sure who to blame.

As always, Dinah is a unique and great place to go for a friendly meal in a unique "50s" setting.. Poolside...simple menu with great choices and great execution... Appetizers..plus, entrees, and good wine choices that will not overwhelm you... Dinah's continues to be a under-rated gem in the penisula

A group of us go to Dinah's monthly for breakfast. We've been doing this for several years, and always enjoy the assortment of breakfast/lunch items available. The french fries are absolutely the best ever -- delicious for breakfast! The staff are helpful, attentive, pleasantly tolerant of our inability to make quick menu selections, fun, keep the coffee/tea water hot and filled. Hugo is absolutely delightful - always greets and welcomes us, and stops by our table to make sure everything is good and to add some personal conversation to our group.

We love Dinah's. We love the staff, the food, the environment. It is a hidden gem. I take friends that have never been all the time and they have all loved it as well. I hope it continues to thrive for many years!

I was quite disappointed with the turkey dinner. Our white meat was so fatty and had so much gristle, that it clearly came from the wing. It should have been breast meat. Also, there was no bread offered. The rest of the meal was quite good, especially the dessert. The price was high but not totally unreasonable for a holiday meal,
