The service was great! Our waiter Daryl, was the epitome of professionalism and care. Things started off rocky as the hostess tried to seat us next to the kitchen but we were able to be seated at a quieter table. The wine by the glass list is mostly domestic. It would be nice if there were more old world choices. The food was delicious and served beautifully. The cocktails are outstanding!

Wonderful from start to finish, our wedge salads were spot on, as were the strip steaks which were cooked to perfection. And the Mississippi mud pie was beyond delicious. Our waiter was also great, professional and engaging. My only negative comment was the Cosmopolitan was by far, absolutely the worst one I’ve ever had. The red wine, suggested by our waiter was also very, very good. We will be back

Took my wife and kids here for mothers day! She loved it and had a great time. Nick was an excellent server and was a an overall great experience.

I ate here about 15 years ago and it was delicious. This visit the food was okay. We got the Chateaubriand and the redfish. The beef was good but not very flavorful. The sides were all very good - roasted vegetables and au gratin potatoes. The fish was not very flavorful either - and it was in a broth which made it a bit soggy. Our cocktails were very good as was our waiter, Conelius.

Great service - just wish our steaks would have come out correctly the first time. We had a table of 8 for my birthday and two of our steaks were over/under cooked and most of the table was about done eating by the time we got them back.

Delicious!! Filet was one if the best. Great service…Annie is terrific. While we requested sitting in bar area, only drawback….hightop in corner near servers area.

Conveniently located in the French Quarter, this is an excellent restaurant for steaks. I had the fillet and it was tasty and perfectly cooked. Service was impeccable. Waiter was knowledgeable and helpful in addressing my food allergy.

Lobster pasta was delicious Giant claw meat pcs. I couldn’t eat it all. Bbq shrimp melt in your mouth. Wait service was great as well as other staff was excellent. See you next year during JazzFest

Our server was not very nice or helpful. He didn’t go over the specials with our table but did for the tables next to us. He seemed irritated because we had children (one asleep and a 9yr old who was very well behaved). When ordering, he kept saying he was confused even after clarifying multiple times. My husbands steak he ordered medium rare came out well done. When sent back, it came back rare. I’ve never had these issues here before and we have been here multiple times. When delivering our tables chateaubriand, he dropped all of the asparagus onto my step mother’s lap. He said he would get some club soda and a cloth for her dress, which he never did. We were celebrating our 12th Anniversary and usually they do something special, but that was not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Marquis our server was fantastic. Started with table side martinis. Onion rings and escargot for apps. Split the 16 oz ribeye cooked perfectly medium rare. Sides were creamed spinach, potatoes au gratin and sautéed mushrooms with a glass of DB Cabernet. All 10/10. Outstanding meal.

Excellent service first of all. A must have is the crab cake, though a little expensive Its 2" of solid crabmeat, no filling, just crab and boy it's good. The steaks of course always the best and we also had the oyster appetizer which was excellent.

We both had the House Filet. One original and one new version. Both excellent. Oyster and Crab Cake appetizers were delicious. Mississippi Mud Pie was sinful!!! Big John was our Server and he was awesome.

Great location. Server was so kind and helpful. Food was good but not amazing. This is comparing great steaks to what Smith and Wollensky and Morton’s offer. If we ever go back we would try something other than the petite filet and prime rib. Au gratin potatoes were amazing!!

Loved the restaurant and food. The service was good except we felt somewhat rushed. We ordered cocktails and started getting appetizers before drinks. The wine also came out midway and we would have purchased another bottle had the waiter slowed things a bit. I was entertaining business associates so not sure I’ll do that again at Dickie Brennan’s however would return just with my wife where I could be a little more forthcoming with over zealous waiter.

Our dinner was fantastic. The only comment that I have is that some of the prices were too expensive. Some on par with the food, others not. But overall, the experience was great!
