Diablo’s Cantina unleashes its unique brand of south-of-the-border dining, drinking (and a little decadence) at The Mirage. Closed Monday and Tuesday and open Wednesday to Sunday from 11:30 AM to 11:30 PM, Diablo’s features a wide variety of mouthwatering specialties including freshly made salsas and guacamoles, and a selection of premium tequilas and signature cocktails some of the best Margaritas on the strip It’s the perfect place to celebrate with friends and party the night away.

We are a family of four: two parents with two young kids. We wanted to grab a bite before seeing The Beatles LOVE a few weeks before the show and The Mirage closed for good. Reservations were tricky: we booked through OpenTable, and the restaurant DID NOT RECOGNIZE THE RESERVATION. They seated us anyway. After that, everything went really fast: drinks delivered promptly, food -- right there, refills -- sure. This was our quickest in-and-out of a restaurant in a while. Everybody (the hostess, the busser, the server) were exceptionally nice and attentive. The food, if not exceptional, was definitely above average. High marks to Diablo's!

Everything was great…except they did not have my reservation. Thank goodness they weren’t busy and were able to seat us.

The food and service were excellent. Expect to have leftovers or be prepared to leave stuffed. The price point for quality of food and service are better than most on the strip.

When we arrives they did not have our reservation. Said they no longer use open table but were able to seat us.

The food and drinks were decent, but the restaurant does not accept Open Table reservations and the hostess was extremely rude when we tried checking in for our reservation.

Got a reservation thru open table. Went to check in and no reservation. Waitress asked it was thru open table, which it was. She said, open table reservations don’t go thru to us and we have had many complaints from customers. She said managers have tried working with open table, with no results. Don’t order reservations thru open table…they don’t work at Diablos
