The food was great, we love their wood fired grill burgers. Salad, wine, cocktails all great! Servers were very friendly and helpful!

While the cheese curds are the best I've ever had, my entree was very small for the $31 price. A very small portion of steak, beans, and 3 small tortillas was overpriced. My husband's chicken sandwich was served on a soggy roll and the fries were not fresh but tasted like they were fried in old oil. My friend had the trout and she said it was delicious. We saved room for dessert but were told they were sold out of everything. A disappointing end to an average dinner.

My wife and I tried Diablo & Sons for the first time and loved it. We shared chips, salsa and delicious ceviche rojo (prawns, shrimp, calamari in a wonderful red sauce). For our main course, I had adobo chicken tacos and my wife had the enchiladas. All of it was excellent. Drinks were great too - best mule my wife had ever had. We’ll definitely be back.

We had Sunday brunch at Diablo. It was our first time eating there. The food was delicious. The presentation was great! Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. It was a good experience! We will go back for dinner sometime soon.

Diablo & Sons is a go-to place for my husband and I when we want delicious appetizers and good drinks. We always get the Baratta and salsa Verde app and the cheese curds are delicious as well. The service is always excellent and I appreciate the many delicious vegetarian options.

My recent visit to Diablo and Sons was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. Our server was attentive and took care of our every need, ensuring that our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. We were seated in the "bunny room," which was absolutely phenomenal. The ambiance was intimate and cozy, making it the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or a gathering with close friends. As for the food, it was simply divine. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, with a wide selection of cocktails that were both creative and delicious. The service was the worst I have ever had at this establishment. The waitress was condescending to us. Our food was below par. We had brunch for a special ocasion. My friends Ranchos Diablos was overdone. She couldn't even cut through her tortilla and it was not what she expected based on the menu. I had the biscuits and gravy, the biscuit was hard as a rock. My niece's 2 egg breakfast was fine, except her potatoes were burned. We waited for the waitress to return to check on us. I had to get her attention to get some butter....

The servers were very sweet and quick with service. Especially on valentine’s day! We got sat 20 minutes before our reservation and we had a great time! My boyfriend loved the bread on his prime rib dip sandwich and the buns on my cheese burger.

Three of us for brunch - one meal came out then 10 minutes later the second then another five minutes for the third meal. Two of the meals were incorrect. They did comp two of the meals, but really the whole experience was spoiled.

Love Diablo! It’s a Beautifully decorated restaurant, the smells are divine, and the service is always friendly. Fingers crossed the fried oyster tacos make a come back on the menu for Spring!

Food was great! Our first time eating here. Definitely want to try it out in the summer. Love the Mexican twist on the meals. Our waitress seemed to be new but food made up for that.

Our server was great. The food, not so much. My wife's carne asada and drunken beans came out cold and under done. Server offered to get another steak. It came out warmer but not hot.

We arrived at the time stated on new Year's Eve , only to be told that we were an hour too early and the guy argued with me after showing the time stated from their own system. He still argued with me at the same time told me he could sit us anyway. I had asked for a regular table when I set up the reservation however he set us in the bar with a high top. Our waiter asked us if we wanted a drink I said dirty martini with 6 olives I like a lot of olives and he said he couldn't give me more than 3 because they were busy?! Olives? Didn't you know it was new years why wouldn't you be ready if you knew you were that low on just olives? Then my husband and I were the best dressed there. Their dress code obviously means nothing the waitresses all looked like they were going to a rave or a night club. Even one waitress was kissing her boyfriend while they were both on duty behind the bar. The cooks were like a day over 16 yrs old , I ordered fries and my husband ordered tacos for the amount of money they brought us soggy fries, and street tacos with meat not fully cooked. For downtown I was highly disappointed - then again for readers I'm sure they already know downtown Boise isn't downtown Dallas. We paid our bill even tipped even tho I didn't want too and left. We weren't even thanked for coming or even saw the waiter again. The chandelier above our high top table had 6 months of dust that every time the door was opened would blow down onto our food and webs hanging down off the Christmas decorations...it was worse than a episode of kitchen nightmares with Gordon Ramsay!

Great service and location. The atmosphere was amazing. But the $45 dry aged ribeye was not good at all. The sauce they used was so salty I couldn’t eat the steak. Will be back again but will not order the steak…

Their brunch has really gone down hill. It used to be one of my favorite brunch spots but it keeps changing and has become mediocre. They keep taking the best items off of the menu as well.

First time to Diablo and Sons! The food was amazing- and a great value! The Diablo El Pastor tacos were the best El Pastor tacos I’ve had- excellent job! Service was amazing- the entire crew worked as a team to make sure each guest needs were met. The ambiance was amazing, the decor from the original building was kept in place and enhanced with newer amenities. We will definitely be back- highly recommend Diablo and Sons!

It was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance. Staff were very attentive, kind and professional. Food presentation was lovely. Prices are reasonable compared with other establishments, especially, higher-end restaurants. A fun holiday experience!

When making the reservation I requested a space that was on the quiet side do to a person in our party that is Hard of hearing . Even though we arrived early they had the perfect table for us and were very accommodating. Outstanding service!

Great restaurant to visit when you are feeling festive! Wonderful staff and very delicious food, especially the unique take on Pozole! Deep selection of beer and craft cocktails round out the meal—just superb. Shout out to young Miss Mia as our fun and attentive server!

All four of us enjoyed our meal. I tried the fish and chips this time and it was great. I recommend their burgers too, one of the best I've had. Another plus is the wine offerings from a local winery, Split Rail, very good!

When I expressed interest in the downtown restaurant week specials, our server basically waved me off, acting like he didn't know what I was talking about, and then came around to saying they were out of them and/or our timing was not right. I usually have pretty good food here but the burger was such a let down last night. Overdone and an incredibly thin patty on a very thick, bready bun. I won't order that item again.
