Clémence Lelarge is a leading voice for biodynamic viticulture in Champagne. She is an agent for change in a region that produces some of the world's most coveted wines, yet is challenged by industrial farming. Her family's wines are vibrant and full of soul, a seductive argument that the only way to farm is with respect for the earth, its fruits and the people who shepherd it from grape to glass. Tickets give access to a 4 course tasting menu with a guided champagne pairing from Clémence herself in our dining room. Gratuity is included. Seatings at 6:30pm & 9pm. Meanwhile, the front bar will feature a BTG takeover with snacks and the chance for guests to mix and mingle with Clémence to their hearts’ content.
