I've been to the Dallas - Design District location multiple times and it's always amazing. I had expectations that this location would be the same. Sadly, it was not. Food was great but the service and ambiance were just not the same. Our waitress would literally disappear for periods of time and we would have to go find someone to help us. Took forever to get her to get us paid out, too. Will not return.

Our server had a great attitude and was really helpful. The servers bringing pizza to the table did a great job and they even managed to make some special request pizzas. I really wanted this to be a five star experience but a few things went awry. It’s generally an all you can eat experience, however a person in our party has severe allergies and can’t eat tomatoes or onions, leaving a lot of the food options that are pre-made not eatable. We requested to purchase a separate pizza where we could choose an option without tomato sauce. The server obliged and was happy to do so. However, we believe that when the manager found out we needed a box to take the rest of my uneaten pizza home, the server came was asked to come over to tell us we wouldn’t be able to do that in the future and if we want to order pizza we need to sit in the bar. I don’t think this was our servers doing or fault and the person who had the to go pizza did not eat any of the things that come with the all you can eat. It was really off-putting and ruined our experience. The bill was over $300, we ordered several drinks, including mocktails for our kiddos and we tipped well, ensuring our server not feel repercussions as he did a fantastic job. We have been here once before and had really poor service but decided to give it another chance, it will probably be our last. I seldom write negative reviews. I think this is the third I’ve ever done and I love writing positive ones on Yelp, Google and TripAdvisor and I usually am able to give 5 stars down the board on Open Table, too. This was a super disappointing end to a good dinner and a great time with our family. And honestly? A ridiculous policy. Especially when someone is allergic and doesn’t have other options. We checked ahead and saw the menu had separate pizzas which is why we even made the reservation. I hope this will be reviewed by the restaurant and taken into consideration.

We went 20 mins two different times with no pizza. We alerted our waiter and still was so slow. Then asked for dessert and waited another 25 mins and only got one option. We were so over it and decided to pay and leave. Very disappointing!

We have been here many times and have always been serviced impeccably. This time I’m not sure what the situation was, but we were left sitting multiple times waiting for drink refills or food. Super disappointed this time and will cause us to pause on the next visit. They also maybe need a menu refresher. Same pizzas for quite a awhile now. Nothing new. Still worth the money, and the pizza is always great if you can get serviced.

Gauchos were very slow to come by. We were told there were 16 types of pizza but we did not see that many options. That being said the food was good once we got it. Especially loved the salad.

Fun idea and our 19 year old boys loved it. Pizza was thin crust. Loved how fresh and hot the pizza was when it was served. Dessert pizza was so fun!

Took so long to even get food, never saw a waiter until the end of our dinner for the check . would not come here if it’s a date, more for groups since they were attended to 90% of the night The hostess was amazing though she took good care of us
