I took a group of high school students (who had qualified for the state UIL contest) to the Austin, Texas location. The restaurant was not busy at all when we arrived at 6:00 (it was a Monday), and it was still only about half full when we left. I was the only person in our group who had ever dined at DeLucca's before, and I was deliberately scarce with details when the kids asked me questions, because I wanted the experience to be a bit of a surprise for them. To reward the kids for their work, our district personnel paid for "The Delucca's Experience" for everyone. It was an truly great dining experience. The food was outstanding, and the service was just as good. New pizzas kept coming to our table at exactly the right pace. We went through everything on the menu at least once, and had several requested "returns" after the wait staff asked us if there was anything that we had particularly enjoyed. Everyone in our group found several personal favorites, and they found the dessert pizzas quite enjoyable as well. Also, it was several of our kids' first time eating lobster bisque, and the experience was universally positive. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. I cannot think of another restaurant that provides as much food quality and variety for the price. Anyone who has never been to a DeLucca's should definitely give it a try. Order the "Experience," and, if you can, at least try everything. Adventurous diners will find themselves richly rewarded.

Our experience yesterday was was so disappointing! The food was really good, but the service was so awful! I don’t remember my servers name, but what I do remember is Mothers Day is a very difficult time for me & my Sister. I made reservations thinking we would have a pleasant experience, but that was a lie! Our server had no personality, we felt rushed the entire time & we won’t be returning ever!

I wasn’t impressed with this place. The pizza was okay. The mimosas were okay. The white sangria was really good, the best thing I was served. We waited on the dessert pizza to come a very long time. The waitress was ready for us to leave before we were served any. When we finally got the sweets, the waitress brought the bill but never came by to get the credit card. I had to find someone at the bar to cash us out. I can see why they had several opening for Mother’s Day Brunch to choose from the Friday before. I won’t go back.

The experience they provided was amazing, never have I thought a place that brings you 14 different types of pizzas and 4 dessert pizzas would exist. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We went for dinner and had to track down a server after sitting for 10 minutes. The restaurant was about 20% capacity after tracking down a server we noticed that their server actually walked by our table multiple times didn’t even acknowledge us then when the pizza started coming out it was like one type of pizza at a time we told our server that I was a vegetarian, after everybody had ate the vegetarian pizza coming out. The steak pizza was actually ground beef. The dallas location hands down is 1000 times better

Great place and value! Soup, salad, meatballs, and unlimited savory and dessert pizzas. Everything was delicious! Service was great and the interior is beautiful. Highly recommend!

We visited Delucca Gaucho with a group of 12 for a birthday dinner. When with a group, you always expect the service to be a little slower, but we saw our server for the first round and then they disappeared. We felt like we were constantly looking for anyone to order another round of drinks. And there was not many people in the restaurant overall. The food was OK. Nothing to be really excited about or to return for. Pizza was under cooked in my opinion. Meatballs and lobster bisque were the highlight.

I loved every bite!! The “Delucca Experience” is a must! Lobster bisque, arugula salad and meatballs are amazing.. and than the pizza.. yummy!! I live in Florida. This is a place I would come a few days a week. Can’t wait to come back!

We love this spot. They have so many flavors and the slices are thin so you can try a lot! The restaurant is also very nicely designed and decorated. I bring all my friends and family to try it.

I was so excited to try this place, sadly felt very short. Our server was awesome and made it very welcoming, ambiance was ok, food here is where we drop the ball. Food is not Good picanha pizza not good at all, we waited 15 min for one slice of picanha everything else felt like a mediocre chuck e cheese pizza. We are still waiting for dessert pizza, but we have not seen any yet. Pizza is an art, this place needs a little bit more dedication.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a good saying. I had been at Delucca place before, and the experience was very different. Last night I asked for a more private table, and I made the reservation way early. When we got there we had to wait, for the staff to find and clean our table. We ordered the Ridizio … it took the servers more than 8 minutes to started to serve us. I had to leave my table for ask for being serve often. I was very disappointed because I took for a first time there a friend with me. The ladies bathroom was very dirty and two of the stalls were broken and water all over. Please, please I really don’t know what is happening with the Delucca … but something need to be done, for us who goes there to have a quality of food service, clean place, and a satisfying experience there! Made the reservation for Valentine’s day at 7:30pm months in advance. We got there and was told it would be a 15-20 mins wait even if we made a reservation. After 40 minutes of waiting in the car, we decided to go back in and see what was taking so long. Upon seeing our faces, the hostess confirmed my name and sat us down. After sitting down, we weren’t greeted for another 12 minutes. After we were greeted, pizzas came around every now and then. I’m talking like every 10 minutes. And then when it did finally come around to our table, there were like 2 slices left because every table around us was starving and also not being served, so they were attacking the trays like piranhas! Not to mention when the pizza actually did come to us, it was one of the three flavors we already had. Something told me that they just stopped making pizzas at one point. We’ve been to the Delucca in Dallas and it was EXCELLENT service and nonstop pizzas flowing. I’m not sure if it was because it was Valentine’s day or because it’s a different city, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I’ve never seen a restaurant so unprepared for an important holiday like this. We ended up just paying for our drinks and going to BJ’s Brewhouse. 👎🏾

Wonderful experience. Delicious food. Did feel like we had to wait quite a long time for pizza to come because there was a very large group there at the same time. Maybe should have offered us pizza first as a smaller group.

This was definitely a great experience. Think of a brazillian steak house but with craft pizza. We went for the brunch and I enjoyed everything on the menu and all the pizzas were delicious. We will definitely be back to try the dinner menu. The price is absolutely amazing and I can believe it's on $25 for all you can eat craft pizza. I have already recommended this place to everyone I know. Great for date night, group meal with friends or any outing.

The location is so great, but it was clearly short staffed. Took a long time to get drinks, no knowledge about the wine selections, and the drinks would sit on the bar for a long time after ordered. Never saw the server after getting drinks, even up to who I assume was the manager to help out. I do not fault the servers there! It was just very understaffed for the large number of customers. However, knowledge of the wine or someone who can help share the info seems like a misstep of Delucca’s as a pizza and wine spot. Food was great, as it is at every location! It gets noisy with all the people and no music on the weekend, which is a bummer bc it’s so great to listen to in dfw!

Didn’t know about the “experience”. Read the menu. 😃 Three of the 4 of us did it and felt like it was a good value. Lots of fun and unique flavors and I liked the crust a lot! Drinks looked great but we only tried one and it was nice.

The service was a bit slow bringing out the pizza choices. The initial items (salad, meatball, soup) were quick. All the menu items didn't come out either - we had to request.

Service was wonderful! Had a family dinner here for my son’s 16th birthday and everyone from grandparents to teens were very happy from the food variety to how delicious it was. Drinks for the adults had a good selection and were made well. Loved how friendly and fun the wait staff were which made the experience even better.

This was a really fun meal! We didn’t know what to expect but really loved the idea and definitely left feeling stuffed! The different types of pizza were really fun to try and they were delicious. Great to have everything all in one, too! Salad, apps, then pizza and dessert pizza! Great!

Worst dining experience ever! They were short staffed. It took the server until the end to realize we were out of water and needed red crush pepper. Just not a good time. Do not recommend coming or coming back

This is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. My server Olga and the manager Maura went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could possibly be. Could not recommend a restaurant or waiter more. Do yourself a favor and come down to Deluccas and ask for Olga.
