Every dish is prepared to highlight freshness and flavour - tartness from pomegranate, dried lime and barberries, fresh herbs, nuts and seeds, yogurt and aromas of saffron, turmeric, rose, and sumac. Signature sourdough flatbread and crispy rice aka tahdeeg, as well as charcoal-finished chicken and beef, a rotation of vegetables dishes with produce from local farms. Desserts include date and walnut baklava and turmeric cake with orange blossom buttercream and saffron ice cream.

Plates are designed to be shared family style or enjoyed on their own, and are complemented by a curated wine list and unique cocktails

My husband and I had a fantastic meal at Delara for his birthday. We'd walked past Delara dozens of times and never really noticed it, but then I saw it on a list of Michelin starred restaurants and so decided to give it a try. We were blown away! We started with some really original and delicious cocktails, then had the flat bread and seasonal spreads for an appy. The dips were so good, we ate them with a spoon when the bread ran out! We both had the short ribs special and we'd never seen such large and meaty short ribs. The meat fell off the bone and was incredibly succulent and tender. Even the side salad and veggies were elevated and absolutely delicious!

Food quality was very good! Atmosphere great Restroom not vwey clean and had run out of paper tissues!

My first time at this restaurant AND first time trying Persian food. The staff was great, the ambience was awesome & the food was sooooooo good! Will definitely be back!!

Enjoyed the happy hour menu. We tried every happy menu food item and it was delicious. The drinks were unique and refreshing. We also enjoyed 3 main courses. Great flavours and textures!

Had a business lunch on a Thursday afternoon at 1pm. Not busy. Very good service, the tahini ice-cream milkshake was fresh and tasted great. The lamb shoulder sandwich is really good too

We have been here a couple times and it is always outstanding. I would recommend ordering to share even though the menu isn’t necessarily organized in this manner. Don’t miss the flatbread and enjoy!

I thought the quality of food would be amazing.Lamb shoulder sandwich was cold and not great. Fesenjoon was bitter and not even slightly close to the authentic taste! The kotlet tasted very strange ! Very bad experience, will never return! As a Persian, it was a bad representation of the amazing Persian cuisine.
