My wife & I love to go to Del Frisco’s Grille when we’re in the mood for steak. And it never disappoints! The 16oz NY strip was delicious and the 16oz ribeye was so tasty and tender! The asparagus were cooked perfectly. The fries were good; but my wife’s onion rings were a little greasy. The French onion soup was superb, as usual; and the grille salad was fabulous. And our waiter, Will, was just awesome! He is one of the best waiters we’ve ever had serve us anywhere. A great, wonderful experience all around!

Just a lousy experience and the food is not as good as it used to be. Their menu needs revamping. I won’t be going back for sure.

The service was very disorganized. There were multiple people delivering food and they were unsure of where things should go. The food presentation was non-existent. I ordered an 8oz filet mignon and there was a plate and the meat. They didn’t even bother to wipe the the plates after plating the meat.

Great dinner at Del Frisco's Grill Westwood MA. The service was excellent as well as the food. Definitely try the Poke Tacos. We even received a visit from the GM of the restaurant at our table.

Our waiter, Sean was attentive and great. Hector, the general manager even stopped by to say hello and was super friendly. The food was delicious as always!

Had a 5:45 reservation and did not get sat until after 6:00. Our server was sweet but obviously on the newer side and was not able to keep up with a busy Mother’s Day dinner rush. We had to flag down other servers just to get water refilled and silverware. I was also really grossed out by the bathrooms. No paper towels, dirty sinks/floors, and overflowing trash cans. The food was excellent but the service and state of the facilities was very disappointing given the cost of our meal.

Let me start by saying I typically love Del Friscos. This experience was pretty bad and unfortunately means we won’t go to this new location again. It started by lack of coordination among the staff. We showed up fifteen minutes early for a 530 reservation and was told they were already late. They ended up seating us near the bar about fifteen late but no one knew we had been seated. Thus 20 minutes went bye without anyone coming to see us. We ordered apps and bread and waited about thirty minutes for the apps to show. The apps were delicious. The bread continued to never show and so we asked a few more times and were finally told they ran out of bread but could cut up other bread which they did and delivered cold. We then ordered dinner which took roughly 45 minutes to come. When it did, my 75 dollar steak and lobster came lukewarm and was clear it had been ready a long time ago. My wife asked for a second salad dressing when she ordered her meal then again when it was delivered and it only arrived about twenty minutes after we finished eating. Truly unfortunate as this is one of our favorite chains. It didn’t live up to the name or even close

Great Mothers Day! Food was excellent, our server was FANTASTIC!!! A little pricey….but overall I will absolutely go back

Had to wait 20+ minutes beyond our reservation time, and only then were offered a table in the outside section. Timing for a table inside was still uncertain As it was cold, we decided to go straight to main courses. But sadly we had to wait nearly an hour for our main course to arrive The mains were then lukewarm (although the fries were hot)
