Not sure what happened here! I felt like I had showed up to the wrong restaurant. Everything was off the minute I stepped foot into the door. From the greeting, to the ambiance, to the food! Hope they get back on track.

The plates were cold so our steaks weren’t hot. $7 dollars for one small scoop of garlic butter is HORRIBLE! A third of my husbands prime rib eye was trash…..very disappointing.

For the price you pay, the service was very poor. Waitstaff didn't know the menu, couldn't pronounce what was on the menu, couldn't answer basic questions, and did not check in with the table often. We regularly saw groups of servers standing around talking while waters were not refilled and tables had plates that should be cleared. Also, how you do run out of french fries as a side? We even saw the waitstaff eating food while picking up meals to be delivered. Just overall did not think the price tag suited the service we got. The food generally was good but not sure we'll be dining here again.

Not sure if it was because it was raining, but we sat on the patio and it was loud and a little wet. Our food was ok. They ran out of regular french fries for the kids, the brussel sprouts needed longer time in the broiler, the mushrooms were rubbery, the skin on the branzino was not crispy, and the steak was just ok.

Mother’s Day brunch. Service was extremely slow. Spoons were never brought to the coffee drinkers, even after we asked, had to use knife to stir. Charged for extra breakfast that wasn’t ordered. Drink was incorrect. Table was not cleared in a timely manner. Extremely loud, mediocre food. This is the second time we have dined here for brunch, experience wasn’t any better the first time. We won’t be giving it a third try.

Entrees were excellent as you’d expect from Del Frisco. Coconut cream pie is exceptional! Price point is a bit high with limited ambiance. Service was quite good.

Took 11 people here for a graduation party dinner. Made reservations a week in advance. Everything was ready to go when we got there. Server was outstanding. Wish I remember his name, but he was on top of everything. Never an empty glass. He was excellent.

The food was not good at all. We ordered steaks at medium rare, they came out well done. We were so hungry after our waitress disappeared and someone else had to take our table. This was not a good experience at this location and we will not be returning.

We came in for an early dinner. The staff we encountered (hostess, waiter, and other wait staff) was fantastic and the food was outstanding. Our disappointment was with the temperature of the room. The hostess mentioned the upstairs would be a little warm while the air-conditioning kicked in. Unfortunately the room never cooled off and was uncomfortably warm for the duration of our meal.

Restaurant was very loud. Service seemed understaffed - took at least 15 minutes just to get water for the table, overall dinner for 4 people took 2 hours because service was so slow. One person ordered a drink that we never got.

We sat at the bar and had a great meal. It was a Sunday night so fairly quiet but great place to dine. The coconut cream pie is outstanding.

Only one member of our 4-person party had a menu. We asked our server to bring us more menus, but she never did. We ended up passing the menu around the table. It was strange.

Made a reservation for outside, got seated inside and server disappeared towards the end. Charged us for 2 beverages and did correct it after I pointed it out, but checking out and changing that took about 30 min.

Great food. Timing a little off. The table for eight had a large crack so your plate had to be placed far to the right or left. Awkward. Had fun as usual.

Drinks were made wrong, food was subpar for the name Del Frisco's - Dessert Bread Pudding was awful had to send them back. Do NOT recommend for a nice business dinner experience!

Wonderful experience. Great food. Nice atmosphere. The upper patio is a fantastic place to sit and enjoy the spring and fall weather.

Everything was wonderful. Except the rooftop was closed in so we didn’t get the ambience we were expecting at all. Not sure if it’s always closed in now or because it was April. Steak salad was very good!

Great server, Verdell. Never hurried, but always Ava when needed. Ahi tacos and Salmon were perfect. Steak salad was prepared exactly as requested.

We had a lovely time. The only disappointment was the cook on our steaks. My husband and I asked for medium plus and they were rare. My son asked for medium and his was medium plus. Great server though. When the manager commented on the cook on our steaks i thought she might take something off our bill as we were only to eat a portion of our steaks but she did not.

Disappointing from start to finish. Sat at table 15+ minutes before even being acknowledged. Slow service. Steak over cooked. Replaced with another after everyone at table finished entire meals. Then charged for both steaks on bill. I’ve had sketchy service and food quality before but this put nail on coffin. Never ever ever going back. Overdone just like their steaks.

Tried the new chicken piccata vegetarian dish. Dry, plain and not enough sauce and capers. The usual staples ... appetizers, dessert, drinks were great.

Beware! Open Table advertises Happy Hour Mon-Fri until 6pm but doesn’t say NOT in the restaurant…only at the bar a few feet away. That don’t seem right. Customers in the restaurant are spending more but don’t get to take part in the Happy Hour discount. Waiter seemed annoyed that we even asked. Overall the appetizers and meals were good but the shrimp in the shrimp salad were off. The texture was not right. Not sure if it was cooked improperly or not fresh. Something abt them was just off.
