Disappointed with service, not sure what the issue was. Normally very attentive staff, but had issues all night finding waiter and getting refills. Was was great as usual

We had high hopes for del Frisco’s based on a friend's recommendation, but our experience fell short. Despite the calm ambiance, our waiter appeared uncomfortable and lacked professionalism. Communication was muddled, leading to confusion and errors in ordering. For instance, our waiter's lack of engagement was evident throughout our dining experience. His mumbling made it difficult to understand him, and he seemed disinterested in our table. The most concerning instances included when he stood idly by, spoon in mouth, expecting me to finish my lobster bisque before promptly removing it. Additionally, he tried to clear our menus without inquiring about our preferences for side dishes. Lastly, when my boyfriend's birthday dessert arrived, we were left confused and unattended as our silverware had been prematurely cleared. These incidents collectively contributed to our dissatisfaction with the service. While the food quality met expectations, the service was disappointing, tarnishing our overall enjoyment. We also felt that the waiter displayed bias towards our age, which further soured the experience, especially during what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. Despite our efforts to make the most of the occasion, the subpar service overshadowed our dining experience. It’s worth mentioning that the waiter did come back at the end to bring spoons, but it was awkwardly done. We anticipated superior service from a renowned establishment, especially compared to casual dining options. Proceed with caution when considering dining here, as the service quality may vary.

The food was delicious and the service excellent except for one issue: I ordered the Prime Ribeye. The server asked if I wanted bone in as it would be more flavorful. I said yes without thinking and discovered, much to my dismay, there was a $26 difference in price. I share the blame as I should have reopened the menu to confirm price, but I also believe an excellent server would ask “That’s $26 more. Are you ok with that?” It was sticker shock when the bill arrived. On another note, why don’t these fancy steakhouses offer 1/2 order of sides to single diners? I was not going to pay $15 for potatoes when I most likely wouldn’t eat half the serving.

We all ordered a salad for lunch. Several missing ingredients. Not sure service staff knew or cared. Very disappointing.

We went for my wife's birthday. We had spicy king crab rolls to start, then we had carb cakes. Main course my wife had pan roast salmon it was awesome. I had a 8oz filet, I asked for medium. It came out rare(almost blue). I didn't complain just ate it, it was still very good.lobetr mac and cheese was awesome. Had my steak been cooked correct I would of gave the overall all 5 starts. Our waiter and waitress were awesome. Literally the steak was the only down fall.

Service was great. Friendly host as well. They obliterated (medium well) my medium rare strip. Cooked me another one that missed on the raw side which is a better miss IMO at least. Lot of chewy stringy bites. Had to spit them out. Flavor was great otherwise. My son’s medium rare filet was rare. Good side to miss on so he ate it. We had a really nice time but steak execution is the hallmark of a good steakhouse. Really surprised at the inconsistency. I hope they aren’t losing a step. Too much competition to miss the mark this bad. Lastly, I wish they would bring back the loaves of bread. These rolls with butter are mushy and just whatever.

The filet I ordered was almost fully cooked and I asked for medium rare. How do you mess up like that and you are a steak place. The lobster Mac and cheese was very bland and a waate of carbs. it can not compare to any od the other higher end steak houses. The service was mediocre. We sat at the bar that was only half full and struggled to get someone to attend to us. I must say Del Frisco has lost its flare for food and service.

For Easter my wife and I loved the Prime 32oz Porterhouse Steak Special. Paired with the Chateau Mashed Potatoes it’s a perfect combination and was cooked a perfect medium rare.

I love it here!! I eat here at least twice a month and food and experience was top notch!! But my parking experience was not pleasant! I valet my car as usual and i paid my fee, with my debit card, he asked me 3 times!! You don’t want to leave the runner a tip!! (Rudely) i felt some type of way about that!! i was thinking to myself if i wanted to leave a tip, i would have! That’s not professional to ask me that!!! He kept asking me!! i started to Spaz! tf out him, but i was with my date, so i maintained acting like a lady! Next time I’m there, next week and he pull the same thing! I’m going to Go off!! Ridiculous!

We didn’t get our waiter till like 15-20 minutes after being seated. Other than that, everything else was excellent, especially the food.

This restaurant was absolutely fabulous. Our waitress, I can’t recall her name, but she was Around 35 years old. She was very efficient. The food was so delicious. We had the lobster mac & cheese. We had the 24 karat margarita. The steak was very delicious. I highly recommended. The ambience was nice. The bar area was really nice. And the bathrooms were large singles

Overcooked and flavorless lamb chops, cold twice baked potato as if it was prepped and stored in the ice box. Lobster mac lack flavor and is runny. Server and the manager were apologetic so thats a plus but we wont return. The food isnt worth it

Celebrating my wedding anniversary visiting from out of town and couldn’t have picked a better place. Very welcoming from the start and our server Rachael was fantastic, great service, very friendly, and great recommendations on food & drink. Amazing atmosphere and the Strip was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend and hope to visit again myself !!!!

I highly recommend Del Frisco’s in Dallas! The food was great, drinks were great, service was the best! Our server John really turned the entire night into a wonderful experience for us. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Evedrything was delicious except the steak itself had a lot of grizzle in it that could not be chewed. I should have sent it back but I foolishly did not!
