We had a wonderful time. The Lobster Bisque, Filet Mignon, & the lobster mac & cheese is the best I’ve ever had. Top notch service. I highly recommend. The perfect dining experience for special occasions.

It’s really hard to rate poorly my usual favorite restaurant, but our experience this trip was abysmal. We had booked weeks in advance to enjoy a special occasion. We splurged, ordering champagne and caviar which were timely and hospitably served. Then the salads arrived crisp and delicious as well as our bottle of wine. Then, ……crickets. For 42 minutes no check in by the server, or a manager. I noticed the server and dining manager looking at our table and I believe that they were speaking about our table, but no-one ventured over to check in or update us. When I finally waved over and spoke to out server she apologized and said that everyone was experiencing delays. Then a dining manager came over and gave the excuse that they were too busy. Why accept more diners than you can serve?! She retuned saying our steaks would be up in 5 minutes. To her credit, they were, but they were cold! All 3! And mine was overcooked! The asparagus was large, tough and undercooked; not al dente, nearly raw. The chateau potatoes were hot and tasty. We had no time for dessert as we had to get to the theater. A general manager came over and said he comped our half bottle of champagne; like he was doing us a favor. That $85 comp likely cost the business $35 on a $600 tab, hardly compensatory, as we choked down cold steaks so we could rush to the theater. Poor service times, cold food, and most of all lack of attention by the staff. Deeply disappointed!

We went to celebrate our 9th anniversary. We were greeted by the hostess and were congratulated on our anniversary. We also had an anniversary card waiting for us at our table. It was very sweet. The food was amazing and so was the service. We did not have to ask for anything our waitress was on top of it. The crab cakes and lobster mac n cheese was to die for. We will definitely be back!

The steaks were very good. We ordered mashed potatoes and baked potato for our sides which filled up a plate on their own and were delicious. We did ask for the leftovers of our meals to-go but they forgot to give it to us.

The fort Worth location is the best. I have never been there when the outside balcony was open but this time... I gave it a try. It was fun and entertaining during the main Street art festival. The outdoor, overhead heaters made it the perfect dining experience.

Greatest Steakhouse in America. The Fort Worth Double Eagle is a gem. It costs a pretty penny but is well worth it.

Didn’t like that we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our drinks and to order appetizers…. Also seated by wait station which was noisy and the kitchen door …. When there were plenty of other seat that would have accommodated us .

This was always one of my favorite places to eat when I visit Ft Worth, however the last 2 times the $73 Ribeye was served cold, butter on top wouldn’t even melt. Was told the plate was very hot. That was cold as well. Service was good. Sides were good. Very disappointed. Will not go back, unfortunately.

I had a reservation for my girlfriend's birthday dinner at this location. We had a great time! The food was excellent, the waitress/servers/and hostess were all very friendly and attentive. I never had to ask for a refill of my water. The restaurant itself is in Sundance Square, and it has an old school, classic steakhouse feel to it. I would definitely recommend it, and would definitely dine there again.

We had an excellent waiter, who was very helpful, and had great conversations with him. The food was very good and very well prepared some unique things on the menu as well. We had a great experience.

We spent $300 and received a $30 experience. It took about 10 minutes before our waiter arrived (he was a nice gentleman, just overworked). We ordered a fillet, sea bass, and broccoli. We never go the broccoli. The food was ok, but not worth the money we spent. The service was very slow. At the bar afterward, the bartender was in a foul mood. Overall, the experience was very poor, especially for a restaurant of this caliber.

There was a little bit of a wait before we were seated at a table, even though we arrived at our reservation time. The ambiance was nice and the food was delicious. What I don't understand is that there's a dress code is listed as business casual, but a couple of people in a group who sat a table next to us were wearing athletic shorts and tennis shoes, which we felt was not adequate attire to be worn at this type of restaurant, but they were allowed in anyway. It definitely took away the fine dining feeling of the restaurant.

Excellent service! Steak was sooooo good although under cooked. Requested medium- served rare/medium rare. Didn’t want to send back although a bit in appetizing sever that rate. Lobster bisque a must!
