Menu was different and a bit confusing. Unclear what fish we could order and have prepared sautéed, grilled, broiled or blackened. Waitress was difficult to understand.

While my server graciously offered to accommodate whatever I wanted, I was exceptionally disappointed with the menu change. Going back years, I would go to Deep Lagoon twice a visit. Given the menu change, not sure it will be the same very high priority for me

We are frequent visitors to the restaurant. The food is always good and service excellent. The drinks were magnificent. The shrimp cocktail and oysters were great. The server disappeared at times. The entrees were h very good except the hogfish was fishy tasting. This is out of the norm. We enjoyed our evening other than that The carrot cake way great and very large We will be back

Our meals were delicious and the ambience was awesome! Their special coupon spend $50 get $20 off was great, although their 3 course meal for $39 p/p was a great value as well. We would have utilized that offer but the meal my husband wanted was not offered on that menu. We had reservations during happy hour and the drinks were a generous pour!! The only disappointment was our server did not “time” when to place our meal with the kitchen and the time our salads arrived. He offered to bring our meals back to “keep warm” but we were concerned in doing so they would be dried out. We also had to request bread with our salads when typically it is either on the table or brought shortly after ordering. Other than that, would rate 5 stars and will definitely be back!

Memorial Day proved to be challenging at this place! Shortage of staff made service a lot longer than usual. 100% effort to our waitperson and entire staff for their endurance.

As always a pleasant dinner. Had a slight issue but was quickly addressed and corrected by the very attentive manager and once again enjoyed our meals . Kudos to Deep Lagoon honoring military. Love the summer wine special. We will be back again soon.

The service was excellent. The food average as was the value. This was the second try at the seared tuna and for the second time it was dry although it appeared to be the correct rare color. The raw oysters were fresh but small in size. There was a dinner special and 1/2 the items were had an upgrade charge. Either eliminate items you feel are too expensive or simply charge a bit more. Pretty tacky.
