Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!
Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Also coming from the grill, Dediko’s kababi consists of a kebab-like grilled ground chicken patty with Georgian spices, folded in a roll of lavash flatbread. Nico Bakh is partial to a homey dish called lobio, a bean stew served in an imported Georgian pot, complete with a side of fermented vegetables and a Georgian cornbread called mchadi.

2nd time visiting, return after pre-covid visit. So glad this place is still around. Authentic and amazing food. Have tried almost every dish on the dinner menu and it's all so good. Service and volume level is perfect.

Excellent waiter, excellent food. Must try the khinkali, beef soup and/or the khachapuri cheese bread. Everything that went by looked delicious.

Dediko is the most wonderful restaurant, and the servers are SO friendly and kind! Our wonderful server, Niko, kindly let us squeeze 3 people in at a small table even though it made his job more challenging. We were so grateful! And the food -- so unbelievably delicious!!

We had wonderful dinner at Dediko. Food was excellent including the honey cake which is not easy to find!

Excellent, Borsch unbelievable. Girls are very friendly. I hesitate recommending it because it is so unique I’m afraid if it too popular it might loose something in the success.

Such a great find! We were visiting the area and found this place after seeing the reviews. We made a reservation and had a great lunch on a Saturday! Food was delicious and the service was great. First time eating this type of food and loved it! I hope to come back again and try more. Thank you!
