What Dear John’s is to steak, Dear Jane’s will be to seafood. Seasoned chefs and entrepreneurs Hans Röckenwagner and Josiah Citrin have teamed up again for Dear Jane's. Taking full advantage of the stunning marina view, the focus is on classic American seafood dishes prepared simply with the highest-quality ingredients by seasoned chefs. From Oysters Rockefeller to Shrimp Louie, Surf ‘n Turf and Crepes Zuzette, the menu hews to those of some of the most legendary seafood restaurants of the 60s, 70s, and 80s. It will feel familiar and upscale, yet updated and approachable.

This sensibility will be on full display with hand-mixed tartare, classic caviar service, and professionally fileted whole fish. The layout of the split-level room and spacing between booths and tables are ideal for this personalized service that is begging to come back in style in this dining room.

Excellent food and service with unmatched ambience. The views of the marina are spectacular. Love the seafood tower, the fish sticks with caviar, the sea bass and those addictive whipped potatoes. Everything we ate was delicious, including dessert. The "Smokey Jane" cocktail had real smoke added to it and the "Midnight Jane" was the perfect way to end the night. Can't say enough about how great the staff was, from the moment we arrived until the end. Will definitely be back soon.

First time trying this place and it was a pleasant surprise. We came for brunch and sat outside, the waiter (Robert) was great, all the plates we ordered were delicious, and also got to sit by some Hollywood icons :)

This was our first time at Dear Jane’s and I absolutely loved it! The hostess that greeted us was very sweet and sat us at an amazing table. The ambience was warm and inviting and the view was spectacular. We ordered a few appetizers to start, including the crab toast and the yellowtail sashimi, which was excellent, along with delicious specialty cocktails. I really enjoyed the one that included Tito’s Vodka, grapefruit, vanilla and bitters. Yum! For our entrées, we ordered the Wagyu steak and the Seabass, both of which were incredible! Definitely my new favorite seafood restaurant!

Great location! They can only valet your car, but it's reasonable. The front desk girl was great. She even took our order after waiting 30 minutes for our waiter... The service wasn't great. We constantly had to flag him down. Food was okay, not great. For a posh place I accepted something better. I probably will not return.

Hi, I love going to Dear Jane's and in the past we have had excellent service. However, for my husband's 50th birthday I was not impressed with our main waitress for the evening. She was rude and made us not feel welcome. hardly a smile. I want to let the resturant know as she let her team down. Everyone else at Dear Jane was friendly, attentive and professional.
