We were seated as soon as we got there(we did have a reservation), the servers were very attentive, especially Paula, she was very nice friendly and had speedy service. The bi aged ribeye and New York steaks were DELICIOUS and the mashed potatoes and macaroni sides were to die for. We were there for about an hour and a half and it was the perfect spot for our anniversary dinner.

One of the greatest anniversary dinners in 23 years. The food, service, ambiance, and flowers were phenomenal. I was concerned the price would not match the expectation, but boy was I wrong. Dean's exceeded my expectations. Marriott, well done!

My husband and I had a lovely time celebrating my birthday with another couple. All of the food was very good and perfectly cooked and we enjoyed the handmade birthday card and complimentary little donuts at the end of the meal. We were visiting Austin for the weekend and hadn’t experienced Dean’s before! My only slight disappointment was that I expected angel hair pasta with my Lobster scampi dish as mentioned by the waitress, but it was definitely a spaghetti pasta. The complimentary bread was “oh so good!”

They always have great service, great food, and great atmosphere. It is our go to when we come to Austin downtown. I would give it six stars if I could.
