Deanie’s Seafood - The third location of the family-owned and -operated Deanie’s Seafood, Deanie’s Seafood offers the same flavors as the legendary restaurant known for serving “New Orleans’ best seafood” and features a raw and charbroiled oyster station.

Located at the corner of Jackson Avenue, Deanie’s Seafood seats approximately 175 guests and features a spacious wrap-around balcony for outdoor dining with a beautiful view of Uptown and the New Orleans skyline.

Deanie’s Seafood offers Deanie’s favorites including fried seafood, po-boys, seasonal boiled seafood like boiled crawfish, shrimp and Louisiana blue crab, Crawfish Étouffée, New Orleans Barbeque Shrimp and seafood salads served with Deanie’s housemade dressings.

    Overall the crawfish broil and bbq shrimp were the highlight of flavour. The ambience was causal and service friendly. Only downfall was drinks were not good. Too strong, taste lacking or tasted off! Server knew we didn’t like as we didn’t drink and commented and nothing was done to correct. Only disappointment.

    We drove from out of town, and the table was ready when we arrived. We had excellent service, and the food outstanding. We had a great time, in a very relaxing and fun atmosphere. Will certainly return on our next visit to New Orleans.

    Traci et all were amazing! Awesome food, great company and felt so welcomed. Would def recommend for a Naw’lins dining option

    Everyone there was fantastic especially our waiter Cameron! He rocks and was so patience with us! We would go back in a heart beat. Highly recommend it

    Very generous portions. Fried seafood was not overly breaded. Sides ( potato salad & cole slaw) were great. Highly recommend.

    The service was fast and attentive. Our server was a very pleasant young man who engaged us in very friendly and genuine conversation. The seafood is spot on amazing. The charbroiled oysters appetizer were delicious, and a visual feast as well. The combo seafood dinner I ordered had a small mountain of fried catfish and oysters. There is no way you will leave here hungry. The cocktail menu contains some classics, and is not to be missed.

    We really liked Deanies. We were there at dinner time. The appetizers were great, crab balls and crawfish balls is what we ordered. The crawfish was flavorful but not overly spicy, the service was good as well. We also ordered two poboys and the portions were large, basically suitable for 2 to share. Definitely worth the price, would definitely eat here again.

    Oysters!! Char grilled oysters!!! Fabulous wonderful fresh!!! The catfish platter was awesome, personal service from the bartender, it was seriously the best meal of our trip!

    Our server Raquel was great. The menu didn’t label what was gluten free but Raquel let me know. It was great that they bring boiled potatoes to the table rather than bread.
