Aperitivo - it's not described by a drink, or a specific bottle, it's described by a moment of the day. It's the social ritual adopted by many (perhaps most) Italians after a long day of work. You can choose from a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with a selection discounted for the first hour. This is a pre-dinner sitting and we may require the table from 6pm to accommodate our first sitting of dinner reservations.

Most expensive espresso martini's I think I've had. $33 each! Including small tip, and service charge. Cool venue, but they need to look at how much bars nearby are charging for cocktails nearby.

Lovely bar on the 22nd floor with stunning views of the city. Tastefully decorated with lovely mood lighting and the band was excellent! Really enjoyed our evening - perfect sized round tables for chatting.

This is a stunning place to visit for a catch up or a date. The service was excellent and the drinks were quite unique and memorable. I'd definitely visit again.

First time visit for us. We had been out for a big lunch so we didn’t eat the food here. Service was excellent and the drinks were too. Hope to be back sometime soon

We went here on our anniversary date night. It is a great cocktail bar, which has a great ambience and views across the city. The service was really fast, even when it got busier. We didn't eat, so cant comment on the food. But the drinks were impeccable and so was the venue. I will be coming back

The ambience is great. Lovely atmosphere, very cool interior with the disco ball lights and bar, as well as the corner seating area. Very comfortable seating. Drinks were tasty and staff were very nice and attentive. The only downside is the tables are very small so it’s hard to have dinner and drinks all together. Will be going back! Lovely staircase for photos aswell 👏🏻👏🏻😆

We had been waiting to come to Sydney for nearly 30 years and this trip did not fail to make our dreams come true. We arrived in Sydney at 9 in the morning, after a grueling 15 hour flight from Los Angeles. We had a ticket for a tour of the Sydney Opera House at 1pm that day so we checked into the A, after a short ride in a taxi. We were able to leave our bags as our room wasn't quite ready. The tram which was less than a block away took us to the boardwalk and only a short walk to the opera house. Afterwards we returned to the hotel for a quick nap and then went up to Dean & Nancy on 22 for a light dinner. The view of downtown Sydney was delightful and the cocktails and appetizers were tasty and fun. The bartender was a. true performer and put on quite a show and produced tasty cocktails for us to enjoy in the unique setting of a 22nd floor lounge. The band that played during our stay was contemporary and fun but wasn't so loud that we couldn't enjoy conversation. If you want to come to a hip place don't miss Dean and Nancy on 22.

My party and I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday here. The staff were fun, kind and helpful and made an effort to make the night feel special - which it did! The wagyu was delicious and all the cocktails we had were unique and almost too easy to drink. We’ll definitely be coming back here.

We were meant to get 2 complimentary drinks and we only got 1... the staff wasn't very flexible. It took a very long time to pay too despite it being included in our package. Service overall was good, food was great too and the location is beautiful.

Came here in holiday, expecting a jazzy classy environment. However the drinks were just ok at best, the ambiance was loud and service was slow and inattentive.

This is a wonderful place to have celebration drinks. Servers make you feel really welcome and “special”. We did not dine so can’t comment on food. The music was a little too loud for so early in the evening and in a half full room. A lower key ‘Cafe del Mar’ style would have been more welcome. Thank you for the extra celebratory bubbles!

Great venue. The food (breakfast) was lovely. I wasn’t so impressed by the waitress who told me I couldn’t have lemon in my hot water as she would have to go downstairs to get it, but otherwise a good experience.

Bar Food options were good- but expensive for the amount / portions. We came to see some amazing mixologists ‘performing’ and entertaining the crowds, but there was nothing at all to see. No bubbles, no singing and no dancing which was such a shame as that’s what the bar is all about- having fun! Also we were anticipating a DJ from 9 pm but that never happened as he didn’t turn up, so we decided to leave at around 10:45pm, instead of staying all night.

We've been patrons of Dean and Nancy's since their inception and always enjoy returning and also introducing the amazing spot to friends and family. The standard and service remains high but there was a distinctive lack of staff this time and we noticed that the prices had gone up significantly with martini's at 30 dollars. Price is not an issue if the service matched - however, unfortunately, it fell short this time. Hope to return at some point in the future, to be pleasantly surprised to yesteryears.

A nice place to eat with friends, but it's too noisy for this type of ambiance. Can't even hear the music over everybody's chatter

i was really excited to come here for my birthday after my previous experiences. unfortunately last night celebrating my birthday was not a great experience. our waiter was rude, cold and not personable. he has served me previously and was very friendly, kind and chatty when i was in larger group. this time with my friend and i he would speak two words to us and hurry off. quite disappointed and upset as it was my birthday.

Staff struggled taking the order, items were missed and came out at different times for different people. Food was ok, not great.
