Ce restaurant est la deuxième adresse de l'équipe déjà à l'origine du renommé Bulletin Place et qui fait maintenant équipe avec le chef cuisinier Tristan Rosier (anciennement de l'Est. and Farmhouse) pour créer un menu de bar à base de différents produits cultivés, de plats à partager et de douceurs disponibles tard tous les soirs. The restaurant had a nice warm feeling which made you feel comfortable straight away, the staff were very attentive and helped where they could with dieters. Cocktails were fun and some finished at the table which was a nice touch. The food offering was well balanced and Affordable whilst the quality of the food was very good

I recently hosted a bachelorette lunch at Dead Ringer and we had such a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs. The food was faultless and the restaurant interior had a trendy and cozy feel. For Sydney, the long brunch and bottomless option were of decent value. I’d highly recommend this venue over some of the other restaurants in the area.

Great food. Set menu was lovely. Ambience was pretty poor because it was a Monday. They knew it was my birthday and didn’t make any special for dessert / drinks etx which would have been nice.

The restaurant is quite beautiful and the food was great - as was the service! However, it was noisey (which is normally fine!) and their set up is so tight that they’ve got tables literally right beside you so if you raise your voice because of the music, the people around you can hear every bit of your conversation! Because there was only two of us we got stuck with the smaller tables, where there is about 5 tables arranged so close to one another you can barely squeeze in to take a seat and you can hear what the people around you are saying to the point that it’s almost distracting and makes the experience quite impersonal. However, I think the place would be great if you’re with a larger group and get to seat either outside or in one of the booths. Sadly though we didn’t think the options for smaller groups were that great!

The weekend brunch set menu was outstanding. They catered for dietary needs (vego and gf) without batting an eyelid. The servos was top notch and the food was delicious and generous portions. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Dead Ringer was a very pleasant surprise- we went there basically because it was close to our accommodation on an evening when bad weather prevented us from going to our restaurant of choice. The food was gorgeous from the first to the last dish. Bravo Dead Ringer- you wowed us!

Always a delight at Dead Ringer, would gladly take anyone there. Had a quiet Monday night dinner with my friend and had an off-menu martini served at the table, some delicious food (risotto, baked aubergine and piquilla peppers) and shared a bottle of wine. It was the perfect way to start the week!

My wife and I chose Dead Ringer to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary travelling from the South Coast. Matt and his team were excellent giving very personalized attention. The food was sensational. Our overall dining experience was outstanding. We will definitely return.

It was a quiet night, so the service was fast and friendly. The meal was delicious, good portion sizes and came out quickly. The mix of flavours were excellent. The halumi was awesome.

Our visit to Dead Ringer kicked off with a round of tasty cocktails. The dirty martini was smooth and delicious, with the Margaritas having great balance and hitting the spot. The service was professional, friendly, and nonintrusive, with just the right amount of intervention and recommendations. We shared several small plates, with the vegetarian options being plentiful and super tasty. The mains were delicious too, with the beef being a highlight. The waiter recommended a fabulous King Valley Aligote and shared some knowledge about its provenance and style. It was the perfect accompaniment to the meal. If you go, you need to try the house-made Madeleines, served warm and the perfect accompaniment to some stunning single malts. Overall, a very enjoyable night.

Dinner on a weekday so fairly quiet. Offered outdoor, high-top or standard seating. If the weather is nice, outdoor seating is what I recommend. Best lamb I’ve had in Sydney by far. It was delicious! Service was friendly and attentive. I would come back.

Booked in for Mardi Gras bottomless brunch and was very disappointed. Waited 25 minutes before we were given our first ‘welcome drink’ and were told we weren’t allowed any bottomless wine until we got this drink. Otherwise they were good at keeping our wine glass topped up throughout the booking. 3 of us asked for the vegetarian option which was very disappointing. Food was very average and definitely not bottomless. We were given one tiny piece of focaccia each and then multiple dips which were nice but hard to eat without bread. We asked for more bread and we’re given 2 slices of foccacia between 4 of us which they then tried to charge us for until we complained. Our vegetarian main was a smoked eggplant dish that tasted like cigarettes. None of us ate more than a bite and we’re not offered an alternative. The staff could clearly see the food was untouched and didn’t enquire about it just took the plate away. Left hungrier than we went in. The drag performance was also very disappointing. She was brilliant but only did one song and one game in the entire 2 hour sitting. Even when she performed I could barely hear the music as it was on so low. As it was a drag brunch it would have been nice to see more of her and had a better atmosphere.

Amazing food and drinks 🤩😍 Def would recommend to others to check out! Make sure you book!! Super vibey during Mardi-gras and other tourists coming to Sydney that weekend (including us when we went to see Taylor swift)- highly recommend!
