Situé à Surry Hills, sur Bourke Street, le Dead Ringer est un nouveau bar-restaurant qui sert d'excellents produits australiens dans un cadre moderne, rustique et détendu. Ce restaurant est la deuxième adresse de l'équipe déjà à l'origine du renommé Bulletin Place et qui fait maintenant équipe avec le chef cuisinier Tristan Rosier (anciennement de l'Est. and Farmhouse) pour créer un menu de bar à base de différents produits cultivés, de plats à partager et de douceurs disponibles tard tous les soirs. Le Dead Ringer combine des cocktails de renommée mondiale, des menus variés accompagnés des meilleures bières et vins australiens dans un cadre décontracté, avec un personnel sans égal, compétent et sympathique, le tout dans un agréable quartier.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 11am we serve our long lunch menu with bottomless wine, an excellent restaurant lunch with nods to breakfast elements such as tarts, blood sausage, & plenty of seafood. Don’t forget the bottomless options, enjoy an aperitif on arrival and free-flowing wine. You can pre-order below or simply order on the day. There are no eggs & sides or avo smash, we have plenty of great neighbours in Surry Hills who have that covered. The restaurant had a nice warm feeling which made you feel comfortable straight away, the staff were very attentive and helped where they could with dieters. Cocktails were fun and some finished at the table which was a nice touch. The food offering was well balanced and Affordable whilst the quality of the food was very good

A rare gem for Monday (or any other night) dining. Set menu is great value for money; and the service was delightful.

Thanks for the great service on Mother's Day. It can always be challenging on these days but we were very happy with the food and service.

I recently hosted a bachelorette lunch at Dead Ringer and we had such a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs. The food was faultless and the restaurant interior had a trendy and cozy feel. For Sydney, the long brunch and bottomless option were of decent value. I’d highly recommend this venue over some of the other restaurants in the area.

Delicious food, the chicken was so tender and juicy, eggplants and broccolini were fresh, flavorful and smoky! I still can taste it in my mouth, so delicious
