                                                                                        I found the meat to be of good quality and serving it on a hot plate was a nice idea. However, the price seemed a bit steep for what was offered. Unfortunately, the service was rather sloppy. It was evident that there was chaos behind the bar, with the owner overseeing everything and even drying cutlery in the middle of the dining area. Overall, while the food was decent, the service experience leaves a little to be desired. I'm unsure if I would recommend this place

                                                                                        Nice little restaurant that serves lovely steak on a hot lava stone. We was placed right next to the front door when there was plenty of tables free elsewhere that we could have sat, The male waiter made us feel like we was sort of an issue / ignored us at times when trying to place our order and get the bill. We noticed if you speak Dutch or French they are happy to cut up your steak and cater to you, as a British person we didn’t experience the same treatment to the table next to us.

                                                                                        Hi dear, Thank you for your visit. However we would like to assure you there is no difference for us between nationality. I think you understood something wrong about cutting the steaks. We only cut the steak for the 4 exclusive steaks that we have. As you didn’t order a big steak/ exclusive we come to serve and explain it to you. Even if you can’t do it by yourself we come to help you. We have service and quality as our top priority and therefore we hope to welcome you again in the near future

The smell of food frying was overwhelming I had to leave and leave our party. Sauces for steak was poor. My daughter enjoyed her burger however it was over 20 euros ! Would it recommend or go back

                                                                                        It was our 1st time in Amsterdam, we were there for our 7th wedding anniversary. Our meal was amazing. I ordered the t-bone and you cook it yourself on a stone. My hubby ordered the mixed grill. We received a free dessert as it was our anniversary. If we go back to Amsterdam, this restaurant will be on the list again.
