                                                                                            Not a fan of the new menu. Asked for healthier, less calorie-laden meals, so they got rid of the few <600 calorie salads and added more calories to the rest of the options. One entree is 2100 calories. No wonder we’re a fat country. There is only one salad option as an entree now, and it was too heavy to consider. The other “healthy” options were bowls, at 930 calories or so. The salmon bowl was very oily (as in added oil to the rice and veggies). You can do much better than that.

Did order a BBQ Chicken Flatbread, no Jalapeños (due to a sensitivity to spicy food) and yet it came out with Buffalo sauce drizzled on it. Server was great to comp the meal and offer something else to eat.

                                                                                            ordered a salad to go after dinner. (CALI AVO CAESAR SALAD BOWL ) checked the salad before leaving and it’s missing the chicken. send it back to have chicken added. get home to give to family member and there’s only 3 strips of grilled chicken. not even a full breast. it’s also missing the cheese and cucumbers. disappointed we didn’t check more thoroughly but should t have too. server was pleasant.

                                                                                            Tts a nice place to watch a sporting event, but the arcade is basically a carnival, very overpriced system that has you overpaying to play video games. The food was quite good. Not sure I will go back anytime soon.

And on the reservation I asked for a birthday song for my son that was never acknowledged it's a small detail I know but it meant something to me. But we will return I enjoy the place

                                                                                            My first time to travel & Buster…The steak and cheese sandwich was too Salty for me. The games were good but had wait for like more than 15 minutes to get someone to the VR. We pushed the button many times. I had to go to the cashier 3 times requesting to get someone. What I didn’t like was how the helmet was easy access to everyone. The kids kept putting them on and put it back in the basket, so definitely need wipes because so many kids were touching it.

                                                                                            The food was a bit overpriced but was decent tasting. Unfortunately my pasta Came as one big mushy chunk Of Pasta and cheese, I didn't eat it. My chicken was delicious thoughi ordered the chicken parmesan. My daughter's salad came out without salad dressing. And it took a bit for the dressing to come out on the side. My father had salad dressing on his salad. So we were confused. However , my daughter did not eat her salad because it took a bit to get to her. We were seated just as well. They pushed tables together for a larger party. However, they seated us. It was next to where they had a large birthday party coming in right behind us even though the majority of the restaurant was open as we went early. All of the parents from the children's birthday party were standing surrounding our table, which made it very uncomfortable to finish our food. And the children were rambunctious , knocking into our seats and spilling my son soda on the floor. Games were decent but many of them were broken or did not work. The prices for gameswe're pretty high comparably to other arcadesand the prize output was not worth the money put into spending on playing the games.

                                                                                            I was very impressed with the attention our server provided. The cleanliness however was in need of attention. The table was covered in crumbs. The silverware was spotty and greasy. The appetizer plates also had a greasy film when brought to the table. Disappointing. The quality of the food for each of the members of our party was very good.

                                                                                            this is the third time we’ve been there in six weeks, because my son likes to play the arcade and we watch the Celtics. On the first occasion, when I had gotten up from the table, a waitress had come by and dropped a plate of food near our table, and my son didn’t realize that it had splattered all over my coat so when I went to put my coat on, it was covered in some kind of salad dressing. the next time we sat down, they were two incidences, two tables away where the staff is moving so fast maybe due to lack of help, trying to clear tables that on both occasions during one visit, they dropped plates and food everywhere. one of the times it splattered up onto the chair of a woman sitting at the table and he had cleaned everything up but he didn’t realize it was still dripping down the chair so I pointed out to him so she didn’t get it all over her pants. and then last night we were there and we got Liam again which he’s been great. However, halfway through our dining experience something happened that left an entire huge mess in the middle of the floor with one young lady trying to clean it up with paper towels. not only was it a slip hazard, but she had to walk away to help other people and there was no sense of urgency for management to get it cleaned up. It took well over 20 minutes for someone to give her a mop. if they could figure out this piece, it would’ve been a nice experience.

The drinks taste too strong on juice not enough alcohol and the juice is too strong, whatever you get is expensive.. probably not coming back soon... the games are fine

                                                                                            Cantina Nachos looked like the bottom of the Tostitos bag, hardly anything on them. Chicken Tenders were fine, French fries ice cold. The Pretzels were actually good but this food was 1000x better before. Disappointed as it is so comfortable to watch a game and the employees are overall nice.

                                                                                            We were a party of 17. The service was outstanding. Most of the food was ok. The exceptions were the steak and cheese was extremely salty and overall didn’t taste good. One of the adults ordered the chicken tenders with fries and the food was sparse. It honestly looked like a kids meal. The bacon burgers were great, the wings were tasty and one of us got the salmon and enjoyed that.

The place was not that crowded but we waited 30 minutes just for drinks, then ordered food. Had to send back food twice for wrong order. Then waited 45 minutes after the meal just to pay. Went to play games, and 35 percent of them were not working or broken. Don't think we will be returning after spending over $400, not worth the money

                                                                                            This place has lots of games for kids and adults which I like. I made a reservation for 5 and when I got there the lady didn’t know where to sit me. Then she sat me in a tiny square table and tried placing an extra chair for my daughter to sit uncomfortably. I asked if I could sit in a lounge table for 6 and she said that was reserved? Ah hello I had a reservation too? She took 2 tables and got them together for me so I guess it worked out. After ordering our food , they forgot to bring my daughter’s side dish even though I reminded them. If I would t have noticed they would have charged me for it. Food was either too salty or had no taste. Never eating here again. You get a miserable 201 pints for 23 dollars and they don’t offer a card by the hour . For me it was too expensive and not worth it.

                                                                                            came in with a large party of 14 people for my sons birthday. . Service was great. Food not so good. I orders chicken parmesan and i got a snall piece of chicken and not even a seeving of pasta it looked half eaten, And when i tried to pick it up came up in a clump. I had to send it back. $18 for a portion that would feed my 4 year old. And then the amount of money that was spend on the power play was just so expensive. Dont think we will ever being going back

                                                                                            The food was really salty, way too much dressing on the salad, fried cauliflower was more batter than cauliflower and the wings were just not good. But the kids had fun with the games, but they are soo expensive. Our server was good and took good care of us.

                                                                                            I didn’t like that. Drink wasn’t included with kids meal. The price were expensive for kids at least included a drink! Also I didn’t like that you have to wait 24 hours for the meal credits for arcades. We were there going to play the games after we ate I wasn’t planning to return soon.

                                                                                            Food and service were great. My only complaint was how hot the building was. I don't know if the AC was broken or if they were purposely trying to keep the place warm. But it was way too hot in there. Especially for a place with active games.

                                                                                            Hostess seated us in a distant corner of the restaurant away farthest away from the arcade at lunch when they weren't busy and then forgot to tell a server we were there, which we realized after about 15mins. Had to alert the nearest server who then said the hostess shouldn't have sat us there because that wasn't anyone's section....ok....then said she would be back. Took our order and everything was fine after then. Food isn't good at that price. Will eat elsewhere before coming to arcade.

                                                                                            Don’t waste your time. Dumpster fire, management totally no idea what they are doing . Never got half our food. Poor waitstaff woefully undertrained. Waiter brought my 90 year old father the wrong burger 4 times in a row! After we all had beers, waiter decided to card multiple 50+ year olds at the table. One friend drank water in protest! 9 out of 10 things were wrong and food was a 5 out of 10 at best! Had to chase management to take $85 off the bill. Called a week earlier for table of 12. 6 or 7 showed up on time or early for the reservation. They would not seat them. They needed 10 or more. I made the reservation and the weather was horrible. 128 was a parking lot. I called ahead to let them know we are on our way and she said great thanks for letting us know. Got there and grabbed a beer with my friends at the bar. Finished and walked over to get our table. Was told we lost our reservations because we were waiting for the last 2 caught in the 3” rain storm coming from CT and ME. Waited a 1/2 hour for new table. Just a dumpster fire do yourself a favor and find another meeting place. They don’t deserve your patronage!

                                                                                            I arrived on time my table was not ready all of my guests arrived we had to water 20 minutes for the table then they could not find our server when we finally got to the table the server arrived took our order the hamburger I ordered was horrible it definitely wasn't worth the $600 I spent on game cards and food . Sorry for the bad review but it is what it is.

                                                                                            I went with 4 twelve year old boys for my sons bday. I planned on doing their slam dunk deal that was advertised on their screens throughout the place and all over the app. It was $30 for food and game card. When I got there the kid at the front said it had ended last week. I asked why was it still being advertised everywhere and he had no answer- so I asked if I could speak to a manager who could tell me. He just stared at me and said I don’t know what to tell you except it ended last week. I am not sure exactly why no one could explain it to me- but no one seemed to have a lot of knowledge there. When I was purchasing a game card for the boys I asked about the VR they were advertising, because I wanted to know if it was something they could do together. He said no they had to do it by themselves. I said ok, and moved on. As soon as we walked in and started looking around we saw the VR set up. It was like a ride with 4 seats- turns out they could have all done it together. We ended up buying the tickets separately but the lack of helpfulness was annoying. I experienced this with several employees, while the kids were playing. The food was pretty good and our server was really nice. The kids had a blast, but I was just really aggravated with the start of the experience. Literally in huge letters begin the guys head it said “Slam Dunk Deal” I just don’t get the unwillingness to help me. I get he could only help me so much if it actually ended, but to not even look around for a manager when I requested one…just an annoyed stare. They need to work on their customer service a bit at the front desk.

                                                                                            Went to watch the game with my children and hang out. They sat us in a corner originally after I asked for a good view of the TVs. There went many people seated closer to the TVs so we asked to be moved. Food was fine. Service was good.
