Went for my daughter-in-laws birthday. No hostess though we made a reservation. Finally sat anywhere. She and I ordered wine, my son ordered a beer, 2 kids ordered the specialty drink suggested, and the other a soda. Waitress came back to say they only had one type of wine (not what either ordered). Then came back to say no draft beer, and they were out of the special children's drink. Also out of some menu items! Let the kids play for a bit, then went to Lazy Dog! Won't go back. Facility was not very clean either.

For a 12 year old birthday, the kids had fun. For being understaffed, the service was good! The menu looks great, until you eat it.

The service was really slow. We were seated right away but it took the waitress a long time to take our orders and bring us the food. We also waited a very long time to get our chips. The food was a bit cold. Overall I don’t think we will be coming back. At least not this location

The music in the dining area was so loud that we couldn’t hear each other. The food was ok. Barely any chicken on the chicken Cobb salad. Fun games for the kids but overall so loud in there it’s hard to even hear the kids.

Understaffed as most places are. Our waitress was fabulous but we were seared for 15 minutes before she could get to our table. It’s loud as you would expect from an arcade surrounded by a sports bar. The family had fun but it’s not the place to go for ambiance or conversation.

Noisy fun place. That was expected. Very slow service. Even when food and drink items were brought to the table, the servers would put them down and immediately walk away. They were gone before could ask them a question or order an additional item.

First of all my table wasn't ready, then it took my waiter 30 minutes to come over. He said that he was the only one working. Then they messed up my food order and them it took another five minutes just to receive our soda. Overall the kids did enjoy themselves playing the games.

We had a reservation, which nobody seemed to know about. When we finally talked to someone who could help us, we found out that they didn’t reserve a table for us at all. They walked to go find a table, and when they did, they came back and just pointed us in the direction and then didn’t escort us there—we just wandered until we found it. The “reserved table” was in the back corner next to two separate children birthday parties. At least that waiter was nice — we left within 5 minutes of being sat down (we tipped our waiter for leaving on him). Maybe times have changed, but it really felt like Chuck E. Cheese in there. Will not be going back.

When we got to there we asked management for our table, she said she was looking but ended up just leaving us. Someone else came to help us and showed us to our table. We had to ask 2 times for a waiter and after an hour, we asked a waiter to help us and he did but he was extremely overworked and running all over the place. Our reservation was at 4p, we got there at 3:50 and didn’t get the waiter until 5p. We then got our food at 5:45p and my burger was not cooked to well done so I had to send it back. When we got our check, they added an extra burger because I sent it back. It was taken off at the end but the overall experience was terrible and extra disappointing. We were there for my daughter’s birthday and it was not a good time.

I bought a $50 gift card solely to get the $10 bonus card and I never got it. No one there would help me with it. Service was slow and inattentive.

Stood at the bar waiting to be seated for a while before being acknowleged. Once at the table, took forever for someone to come take our drink order. 6 of 7 meals were brought out in a normal amount of time, 7th meal-pretzel dogs, took at least 10-15 minutes longer. Everyone else was almost finished eating. 2 of the pretzel bites were still ice cold-but I didn’t bother trying to tell anyone. It took too long for anyone to come back. The original 6 meals, all the fries were cold. Waited and waited for the check, finally had to go up to the bar to ask for it. I guess it’s a good place to go for the games, but I can’t recommend the overpriced, less than mediocre food and service.

We came for my husbands birthday during the day, majority of the games were broke. Food was aweful and everyone was sick Afterwards. Undercooked and timing was terrible. Server was also bartender and the entire place was understaffed. I felt bad for The bartender.

The waiter was friendly but it’s not staffed enough. The wait on the food was a while and the taste of the food was ok, it’s not worth the amount of money we paid for it. The only reason we will go back there is to play the games, not the restaurant.

Our waitress was great for what she had to do. But our drinks took 30 min from the bartender and food was nearly 2 hours. Staff was doing great, it was obviously a management problem. 1 bartender for the whole place is insane. And 1 waitress for two large parties is just poor planning. Management better figure it out

Most of the service was very friendly. The food was good, but they did mess up our initial order. Two people from our party had to wait an extra half an hour for the rest of our food. I also didn’t like the way a professional photographer just started taking random photos of us and asking us to purchase them. I felt forced to buy some, because they took so many pictures. They were good quality and they gave me a discount, but I just didn’t like the fact that the photographer didn’t ask beforehand to take the pictures. I felt better when I let my daughter pick the photos she liked, because she was the birthday girl. Overall she and her best friends did have an amazing experience with the food, ambiance, and arcades. She said she had an absolute blast. So hence they served my ultimate purpose by giving my daughter a memorable birthday! So that’s why I’m giving them five stars. Overall they absolutely hit where it counted for me.

We had a blast! The food was average but the service was great. It is very expensive so we can really afford to go once a year for special occasions. There were three generations of us and we all had fun. It was very loud with all the big screens and games but we could still talk.

I was told that when my party arrived we would be able to do happy hour, from the hours of 9p til close. When we got there, it According to waitress ddi t exist. That definitely put a damper on all of our wallets. And the "alcoholic" beverages at $12 each, was just juice really. So not happy

We did have a large party, but it was a Monday night. There were 2 or 3 other small groups in the restaurant. It took 3 hours from start to finish for us to eat and pay the bill.

Well, not sure why we had a reservation. If when we got there, we were told to just sit wherever and then we ended up being squished together party of 12 being told that we couldn’t get tables together because it was a different section anyway, our server was great and nice, but the whole process was stupid. It was a whole ordeal again not sure why I had reservations if we had to be the ones moving tables together I don’t know if I will ever be back.

The restaurant was out of 3 dishes we ordered. One of our entrees came out with appetizer. I ordered fish and it was on a plate over the fries and impossible to eat. The fish was bland. We ordered a kid’s cheeseburger, it was burnt and the bun was hard and stale in places. We had to ask for silverware. It was not an enjoyable experience.

We made two reservations for 2 groups of twenty. The rest did a great job of seating us together. Our waitress’s Brittney did a great job of handling 40 customers. Our food came out at the same time and seemed to be correct!! I highly recommend this restaurant for large groups!

The ambience is energetic for both kids and adults. Food is great too I ordered the IPA fish and chips and very surprised that the fish is huge and very tasty comparing to other fish and chips I’ve tried, cocktails are good too it doesn’t taste like alcohol but it made me tipsy with only 1 glass hehe the kids like the food too and they enjoyed the games especially

We had an awesome experience thanks to Meshay, she was very polite and professional. She represented your establishment the way it should have. She is the kind if employee that shouldn't be overlooked, she is the definition of a great employee. Meshay should be recognized for all of her hard work, she should serve as an example for others to follow. She would be a great trainer to show other future employees how it should be done. Thank you kindly for all of your hard work Meshay. We will be returning because we had a great time.
