The staff at the entrance was rude but the server was very attentive. Loud but that's to be expected there. Food was pretty good but carrots on the kids meal were disgusting. Overall good experience

Reservation went great. Walked right in and sent to our table. Wait staff came right over got our drink order going and then apps. Food order followed and everything came out pretty fast. And all was delicious.

Was seated by birthday parties at a table that looked dirty and had no menu's or cutlery. Took 25 minutes for a waiter to come over and question if we sat ourselves as it's a private section. He finally took our order and the only thing that was speedy was food delivery. Very disappointing service and treatment. I wouldn't come back for dining services ever.

I must say, I was quite majorly, disappointed by my experience. I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at my local Dave & Buster’s. This was a milestone in many ways for me and the first time I had brought together over 10 people to celebrate together for a birthday. Several of my guests brought their children, and were incredibly disappointed to learn there were no family packs for the game cards, no easy way to divide up one package among the different family members, and an activation fee on each card for four people. This made it needlessly more expensive and overly complicated and really killed their mood. As for the food, Overall, it was also disappointing. Based on presentation, it all looked like it would be flavorful juicy and terrific, however, in actual taste, the consensus was that generally the food was very bland tasting. my chicken sandwich was dry and lacked real flavor. My friend ordered a burger with no bun, but but there was some confusion and she was still charged for the gluten-free burger bun and it came on the plate. We were there for over three hours, and despite all four of us having left, all the plates from everyone were still there as we were leaving. The server was kind, quick, friendly, and probably one of the highlights of the night, tbh. I wouldn’t consider it one of the worst experiences, but sadly, having saved up for this, I would not consider it an experience that matched my expectations.

Very expensive. Tip recommendation on my food bill included $250 for the game cards. Why should I tip 20% of $250 or $50 for the attendant to hand me game cards.

The food was very salty. My husband’s was practically inedible. They did bring him something else that was much better. It was quite noisy but I guess that’s to be expected. The server only made it back to the table a couple times but he did seem running around busily. I don’t believe we’ll be back. It’s not our kind of restaurant.

Our waitress was horrible but the rest of the service we received thru out the night was good.. Reception staff exceptional along with the reception staff at the restaurant that got my reservations, the bartenders was great and the staff in the back at the gift shop was great as well... NOW:: OUR FEMALE SERVER WAS THEE ABSOLUTE WORST WAITRESS I've had.. She was not on point at all.. She didnt come check on us, we had to have her coworkers find her 3 different times so we could get service at our table and it took almost an hour to receive our drinks after we had ordered them.. She was nit attentive to us at all.. She was more worried with socializing with other individuals an running off to where ever, rather then doing her job.. Not satisfied with her what so ever at all.

I will never go there again I went to the car to get a bottle water for my grandsons bottle and the greeter or body guard had told me I can't even tho we brought a cake I explained it's for a 38 day old baby he told me he guesses and rolled his eyes like I was a bother after a 500 dollar bill I had just paid.....RUDE

We celebrated our sons birthday with 10 of us and had a great night! Our waitress was outstanding and we received our food and drinks quickly. Our son said it was his best birthday ever!

Everytime I go there it takes too long to get food. Then it makes no sense to bring the kids meals out 10 minutes prior to the adult meals. The kids will be done eating and wanting to play games but won’t be able to because the adults haven’t eaten yet. Also the game cards need to be a separate purchase. The suggested tip amount needs to be based off of food/drink purchases NOT game cards. My total bill was $116 but only $35 of that was food but yet you’re trying to tell me to tip $20?! That is absurd.

It was not a busy night. Server was super friendly. Gave the kids tips on what beverages were refillable and not. Forgot to deliver several ordered items. Didn’t come back to offer refills.

My son turned 31 this year so I took him there for his birthday we had an awesome time. I have to say it was a lot pricier than I expected since we were only there for an hour. Our Bill was over $100 so I don't think we will do that often.

The service was wonderful! The food was pretty disappointing, not very tasty but it did come out fresh and hot. The games were the best part. We will come back just for the games in the future.

Brian the manager at Dave and Busters Toledo was probably one of the most unpleasant persons I have come into contact with. Not only was he rude, right as soon as we walked in for our reservation, he was rude to the waitstaff/hostesses as well. Our server, Indy, was absolutely amazing, and I would definitely come back, based on her/our service. But if Brian for sure needs to learn how to treat customers, I am not sure how he is still employed honestly.

Made a reservation for my sons birthday, get there and told we'd have to wait. Sat us at 2 separate tables without asking. Food and bills were messed up. Server was super nice and funny.
