We waited about 15 minutes at our table before a manger happened by to ask if we’d been helped yet. That was nice that he noticed! We hadn’t so he took our drink order and sent a server to us. We ordered chips and salsa as appetizer and 2 Caesar salads with salmon. It took another 20 minutes and with nothing being served yet and another manager stopping by to ask if we’d been helped. The salads arrived finally with the chips (no salsa) 10 minutes later. Salmon was good and they did do a rush order on a kids meal which was out quick and fresh so that was super appreciated. It was overall ok experience just be wary when going on 1/2 off video game nights!

Everything around is a nice experience but we’ve had two out of two not great experiences with the food service. Bartenders were great tho Severe lack of variety when it comes to craft and local beer!

Music way too loud. Server was nice. Food was mediocre. A lot of the games were either out of order or not enough balls so you’d have to wait awhile for your balls to come back which would eat up your time. They switched out some games so they weren’t as fun and didn’t seem to get as much tickets as before. My card wasn’t working and when I went to two different employees in the game area they didn’t have the knowledge or seem to care to help. Went to the manager for help and he was able to help and was nice. This location is also very small. We decided we probably won’t be back.

D&B hosted my birthday dinner and it was amazing!!! They had the tables set up for 15 and ready to go by my reservation time and Morgan, our server was the best ever so friendly, helpful and efficient! We brought two cakes and she found serving utensils so nice! We all ordered on separate checks and she handled everything easily like a pro. The food was delicious perfection and everyone was happy with their meals. They even let us hold a table with our stuff while we played for ours in the arcade and we had so much fun!! Our inner children were so happy! The only downer was that you only got to play the games for such a short time, not even a minute for some. I thought standard was three lives but these games only gave you one and if you died quickly it's over so that made it less fun. Otherwise a fun place to celebrate your adult inner child!

We had reservations and it took nearly 20 minutes to be seated. Someone at the front desk took our names, confirmed our reservation, and claimed it would be just a minute before we were seated. There were only 4 tables occupied. Once seated, we waited another 20 minutes for our waiter to make initial contact. He took our order. Another 10 minutes and he brought our drinks. 10 minutes later, our food arrived. I order the all you can eat wings. the wings were warm, not hot, when they arrived but they were good. I waited literally 23 minutes for our waiter to return and we asked for drink refills which were delivered about 5 minutes later and a reorder on the all you can eat wings. Almost 20 minutes later, we stopped the waiter and asked about the wings. He went to the kitchen and brought out buffalo wings, but I ordered honey BBQ wings. I ate the buffalo wings, which were also good. Overall, the service was terrible and the wait times were ridiculous. Fortunately, we came to watch football and eat so not all was lost.

Our server was fantastic! Food was good, games were fun. We spent about $200 for a lunch time visit. Everything was great with exception to how loud all the music was blasting. It was too loud, and I had to go to the car to get my gun range headphones and I wore them the entire time (2 hours) because this over-the-top loud volume just made it worse. It was very inconvenient to have to wear these headphones the entire time during lunch. Our kids had headaches when we left, and my husband said it was too loud. The volume needs to be turned down so you can hear the waitress, hear people and enjoy a conversation at your table without screaming at everyone. This ridiculously high volume really ruins the entire experience. Not to mention you can damage little kids and adult hearing in general. Our ears were ringing in our ears when we left, which was not healthy at all.

Our waiter was very nice but service was exceptionally slow. Parts of their electronic systems were down so obtaining our play card took much longer than the kids would have liked. Viewing balances of play cards was intermittent and our bill was delayed and then we could not pay through the portable device our server brought us. We were seated between the bar and gaming area which was quite loud. If I had the option to choose another table, I would have chosen elsewhere. Fun environment, but it was quite chaotic feeling. Okay for a once-in-a-while experience for the kids.

This is a great place to take kids, but it is noisy. We had a party of 10 and had a difficult time getting the servers attention as she had forgotten or the cook had forgotten two of our orders. The waitress was extremely busy so I don’t necessarily blame her as they probably needed more help. Food wasn’t spectacular just average but if your kids like arcade, it’s place to go.

I waited forever just for a refill just to get up and ask for one then waited a long time for a to go box. My waitress wasn’t even busy i was watching her from my seat as she was standing at the bar talking to her coworker and i finally had enough. We flagged down another waitress then i asked for a manager, it was absurd to wait that long and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. It was my sons birthday too and all he wanted to do was plays games, had to prolong it due to my service.

We was there for my son 14th birthday, he requested this place. Overall it was fun and the food was good. The part of getting tickets for multiple kids was a bit confusing and we ended up with more than we needed.

All three of my daughters chose Dave & Busters for their 21st birthday. We just celebrated my youngest daughters 21st birthday and as usual, we had a blast. The food is great, the service is wonderful and the games are awesome. :-)

Waiter is a natural His attention to detail, follow through, listening skills and overall upbeat welcoming demeanor is the best I’ve seen in over a decade. Truly remarkable. If you can not clone him I suggest creating training videos of him in action for all possible scenarios. He is responsive to high strong fast talking east coat patrons, he adapted to bar failing to make my drink, he was overseeing food delivery & provided the server constructive feedback.

There was only one waitress serving us. The food was salty and less than warm. The cook got our order wrong, and the waitress was quick to blame the cook and being understaffed that afternoon. We were too uncomfortable to bring this to the attention of the waitress. I was celebrating my husband's birthday and even stated this in the additional comments area of the reservation. I thought they would do something special or kindly offer something for free. That did not happen. This was our first time at D&B, unfortunately it was disappointing and underwhelming. We will not return.

We had a great time at Dave and Busters. The virtual reality had only three seats working and the head gear on one of them was loose making it a little hard to hear. The service from the gaming floor was EXCELLENT. The dinner service was average. Seemed maybe understaffed, but we had to keep looking for the waiter for the the check and to place an additional order. Overall was a fun time and we will be going back for gaming. AWESOME time with the games.
