Service was horrible…if you need something you might or might not get it. I asked two servers for extra ranch and never got it…chicken wings without ranch ughhh. All the waiters avoid making eye contact with customers so they can do the bare minimum. It’s sad that they charge you a tip, when it is not deserving of your service or attention paid to you. The food is ok, nothing to write home about. The games are good but not great. Just lots of high priced games that eat up your power card quickly.

Took my roommate out for dinner. My last visit was on Veteran's Day and it was a circus. This time I hoped for MUCH better. One of the biggest problems with this location is parking. The lot is always packed and even handicapped parking is minimal and always full. For the number of spaces and the seating capacity Dave & Buster's alone there should be more handicapped spaces available. We arrived and were directed upstairs to check in with the host/hostess. He checked us in and took us immediately over to our table, a high top as requested. After a few minutes, our waiter arrived and took our drink & appetizer order. Our apps arrived, unfortunately we had no plates or silverware/napkins in order to eat. We flagged down another employee who went and brought them back for us. The pot stickers were DELICIOUS! No need for the dipping sauce, IMO! The chicken nachos were very good, lots of chicken on them. Our waiter came back to get our dinner order. We asked for his opinion between the cheese steak sandwich and the Hawaiian chicken sandwich. He said he would go with the chicken. My roommate was glad he asked. He said the sandwich was awesome. I went with the new Cajun shrimp pasta. VERY flavorful! The shrimp were the small, popcorn shrimp size. But there were plenty, down to the last bite! It's basically jambalaya with pasta rather than rice. And it was still delicious when I ate the leftovers cold 2 days later! The only other minor hiccup was that my roommate had ordered a salad to go with his sandwich and we never received it. I don't know if the waiter had forgotten it or if the kitchen just forgot to send it. Either way, he said with the appetizers, the amount of fries served with his sandwich & the side of the sandwich, he didn't need it after all. One of my issues in November was the servers & bartenders were swamped, and I didn't see one manager lift a finger. During this visit, they were bussing tables, running food, etc. Kudos for helping out the line!!

I reserved a table but they were so slammed, and so poorly managing the situation, that we were NEVER SEATED. In fact, the hostess, who was doing her best, made an assumption that we had left (this was 45 minutes after our reservation time and when they went to seat us, someone was already at the table, so she apologized and said it would be a little longer). We had not left. When I checked with the hostess again after an hour, she had clearly crossed off my name but lied about it. There were no hand sanitizer stations with sanitizer in them. It's so loud you can barely hear any employee when they're trying to speak to you. I would not recommend going here.

The food was way better than we expected. The bartender on Wednesday night back woman with the curly hair made the best lemon drops I had ever tasted. She was super sweet as well. As for my server he was not attentive at all. We sat 25 minutes just waiting for him to bring us water that he never ended up bringing. We got it ourselves from the sweet bartender. I honestly think our server forgot about us the whole night really poor service from him.
