My first-time visiting Dave & Busters at any location. The games were fun and with the promotions going on it was very cheap. My only complaint is that when my partner and I's dinner reservation time came around, we could not locate the host at all to be seated. We waited for 15-20 minutes and the host never showed up, so we went to the bar to ask where the host was and it seemed like the other employee's didn't even know who the host of the dining area was, or where they were. The bartender was very nice and found us a table and even offered to be our waitress because the rest of the servers were either not around or were preoccupied with other tables. After we were finally seated one of the actual waitresses came to us and took over from the bartender. The food was very good and came out without a super-long wait. Mid-way through our meal a busboy started clearing out nearby tables, and it was immediately clear he had just come from a smoke break as the entire area stunk of marijuana, which was a little overwhelming and unpleasant. I would consider coming back here the next time I am in New Orleans as it was a lot of fun, I think we would just skip out on food and drinks as the service left much to be desired.

first time going to Dave & Buster's and had a great time. the food was good and great customer service. the only thing i didn't like was when the waitress gave us the bill she asked if i was going to leave a tip and stand there waiting for me to tip. which i was going to and it kind felt uncomfortable. but other than that, it was good.

Had so much fun. Finally somewhere dad enjoyed on his bday. Food, cocktails,sports and video games. Who could ask for more. The whole family had a blast. And they even give you tickets when you play the games to trade in for prizes when you leave. And the prizes had value. Not just throw aways. Me, my wife, my 16 year old daughter and my brothers family had fun for hours.

Just don’t dine in. Its literally always a problem lol I don’t know where to start . My last visit I sat for no lie maybe 1 hour and a half before I received ANYTHING. Like not even water lol

This was my 2nd visit during a trip. My drinks was amazing but barely could taste any alcohol. However, my wings came out fresh but my fries were extremely cold. I asked the waiter to send them back and asked for fresh fries. I also ordered fried pickles that I never received. My family members(2) both ordered nachos and they were extremely cold including the meat & cheese. The waitress was very nice.

We were sat right away, without the server asking for the name on our reservation or confirming any details with us. We waited about 15 minutes after being sat for the same server to come ask us for a drink order. Our appetizer arrived after the kids’ entrees and after we had to ask for it a 2nd time. It came out, not as ordered (with pico de gallon topping on the side) but we still enjoyed it. We were overcharged for one entree but decided to let it slide since it took a while for us to get our server’s attention. And after all that, several of the games were eating our kids’ tokens so we were pretty disappointed overall.
