My son’s birthday was not acknowledged at all! I told the host and I noted it in my reservation. I’m deeply sadden when my kids pizza wasn’t made correctly and the portions were extremely small. I had to order my son two orders of Mac and cheese and he is super small! Overall disappointing! I would have went to the Braintree location, which is way closer to us, if I knew that the service would be that bad!

Party of 10+ had a reservation for Sunday night. There is no direction of where to check in if you have a reservation, no hostess station, nothing. We nabbed a waiter walking around the bar, he alerted a manager that started pulling tables together, and then we were seated. Not the quietest place, we all had to shout orders to the waitress. Food was subpar, service was too. Didn’t check in for drink refills in a timely manner, etc. They were out of potstickers at 7:00pm on a Sunday, which was unfortunate. Just wished it was slightly quieter in the dining section so we could hear each other.

Waiter took order but knew there would be issues as he didn’t write anything down. Came back to take a second order because he forgot what we all wanted. Drinks took forever. Son got fries specifically said no fries with his wings. Nachos were stone cold. Asked for a refill on the sprite for some #2 instead got a bottle of rootbeer that we specifically said no to for son #1. Waiter never checked back to see if we want more drinks or how food was. I asked for receipt and to purchase point cards. I pointed to the one I said. They shorted us 80 points on 4 cards each. Top to bottom eating there was a disaster!

Host took a while to greet and seat us. Food was good and price was good. Server was very nice. Only downfall that has nothing to do with food is that I ordered a card to play games and it was on the bill and the percentage to pay tip included the gaming cards when really it should have only included the food. Was a little embarrassed to say anything about it but the system should ignore the bought cards and only focus on food and drink. Thank you.

Dave and Busters is always fun. The food is ok and the beers are cheap. Our waiter kept forgetting what we ordered, though in his defense it was relatively loud at the restaurant. The games were fun and watching all the games on the big TVs were cool too.

Made a reservation for a table for two for lunch on a Friday. Background noise from the arcade and music is deafening. It’s nearly impossible to chat with table mates. Service was also slow. Noticed other guests that attempted to sit at the bar for lunch but gave up and left after never being helped by a bartender. Food is fine and as expected.

The servers were great there as usual but the hostess, B, was not helpful at all. She put us in a high table where my 3 year old could barely reach the table and kept sliding off his chair. I asked for a booth and she said my reservation was for a high table. Open Table does not let you select the type of table so I’m not sure why she said that. I had to ask the manager to move us to a booth (I rarely ask for a manager) and she came back with an attitude. As if I had done something wrong.
