My son’s birthday was not acknowledged at all! I told the host and I noted it in my reservation. I’m deeply sadden when my kids pizza wasn’t made correctly and the portions were extremely small. I had to order my son two orders of Mac and cheese and he is super small! Overall disappointing! I would have went to the Braintree location, which is way closer to us, if I knew that the service would be that bad!

Party of 10+ had a reservation for Sunday night. There is no direction of where to check in if you have a reservation, no hostess station, nothing. We nabbed a waiter walking around the bar, he alerted a manager that started pulling tables together, and then we were seated. Not the quietest place, we all had to shout orders to the waitress. Food was subpar, service was too. Didn’t check in for drink refills in a timely manner, etc. They were out of potstickers at 7:00pm on a Sunday, which was unfortunate. Just wished it was slightly quieter in the dining section so we could hear each other.

Waiter took order but knew there would be issues as he didn’t write anything down. Came back to take a second order because he forgot what we all wanted. Drinks took forever. Son got fries specifically said no fries with his wings. Nachos were stone cold. Asked for a refill on the sprite for some #2 instead got a bottle of rootbeer that we specifically said no to for son #1. Waiter never checked back to see if we want more drinks or how food was. I asked for receipt and to purchase point cards. I pointed to the one I said. They shorted us 80 points on 4 cards each. Top to bottom eating there was a disaster!

Host took a while to greet and seat us. Food was good and price was good. Server was very nice. Only downfall that has nothing to do with food is that I ordered a card to play games and it was on the bill and the percentage to pay tip included the gaming cards when really it should have only included the food. Was a little embarrassed to say anything about it but the system should ignore the bought cards and only focus on food and drink. Thank you.

Dave and Busters is always fun. The food is ok and the beers are cheap. Our waiter kept forgetting what we ordered, though in his defense it was relatively loud at the restaurant. The games were fun and watching all the games on the big TVs were cool too.

Made a reservation for a table for two for lunch on a Friday. Background noise from the arcade and music is deafening. It’s nearly impossible to chat with table mates. Service was also slow. Noticed other guests that attempted to sit at the bar for lunch but gave up and left after never being helped by a bartender. Food is fine and as expected.

The servers were great there as usual but the hostess, B, was not helpful at all. She put us in a high table where my 3 year old could barely reach the table and kept sliding off his chair. I asked for a booth and she said my reservation was for a high table. Open Table does not let you select the type of table so I’m not sure why she said that. I had to ask the manager to move us to a booth (I rarely ask for a manager) and she came back with an attitude. As if I had done something wrong.

While we enjoyed the games, it took an hour and a half to get our food and then another 45 minutes to get the checks. The service was very slow and it has made me not want to eat at Dave and Busters again. The games were great but the dining experience was lackluster.

Service was fantastic we loved Sam. Kids had a blast and adults enjoyed the food and time together. We do this for my son’s birthday every august.

First time eating at Dave & Buster’s and everything was excellent. Our waiter was very kind and always checked in at the right times. The food was delicious and the right temperatures as well as the drinks. It was entertaining dining while watching many others playing at the arcade.

We were very unhappy that we were sat down and waited 10 minutes without any kind of service. After speaking to the Host Station it took another 10 minutes before I had to essentially flag down a server. Then, we ordered two drinks, an app, and three meal items....the drinks came first, the app came shortly after, then one meal came, the second came 10 minutes, and then after claiming "The system was slow to add the third item" the final meal arrived another 15 minutes after that. Note: I do not for a second believe the system was slow...I believe the order was not entered.

Was very busy so our drinks took forever. Our waiter was overwhelmed and didn’t even clean up our table before dumping the dessert on it. Had to ask for plates. The seats are very uncomfortable and no where to hang any bags which is weird because it’s in a mall.

The dining area is not wheelchair accessible. We had to wait while the staff looked for an adjustable table that actually worked. It took about 10 minutes. I had to ask to have a chair that worked with the table when it was lowered. For a large chain I would expect a much better set up that works for all clientele. Raised booths and high top tables do not work for people in wheelchairs.

We were there for a birthday. We had a reservation of eight with three kids. They were gonna set us at high top tables and not a booth and then it took us over 40 minutes to get our drinks. Our appetizers came with our food waiter was in attentive.

The food was tasty! We were seated by the hostess then asked by another employee if we were seated by the hostess cause it was not marked in the system that my reservation was seated. The drinks took about 20 minutes to get to us then the appetizer was right out took about 40-50 minutes for us to get our main course to the table, due to kitchen being behind. Also put down we were there to celebrate a birthday and nothing recognized for that. The games were fun to play a couple out of order like any arcade it happens so we understood but all and all a fun night. Next time though we agreed to eat else where then go in to just play games.

Took the kids to play games and went for lunch first. Kids loved the Mac&Cheese, hubby loved the steak & cheese and my buffalo tenders were great! Fries were yummy too

My daughters entre came in with the appetizers....along with coming early it was incorrect....she ordered her Kale Caesar Wrap with Chicken and it came without. Then when our food came, it was very cold, my husbands chicken was dry. I ordered my burger with Truffle Fries and it came with cold regular fries. Overall our lunch was not the best....very dissapointed. The waitress was apologetic, but still....

I will never go to this location again. Horrible service from the waiter, he went to 3 different people to gossip about how I was upset instead of cleaning off a table like he said he would do for me. As he is still gossiping to other staff members a nice waitress cleaned off a table for me then took my order. I called prior to coming to see the closing time and was told 2 for the new years event. I then mad a reservation for the event, once the waitress takes our order we were told no alcohol can be served, it was only 1130pm and they had a event that ended at 2. Very disappointing to drive 1 hour to not be served drinks and also there was no event, the place was empty and full of dirty tables and lazy waiters.

The wait time for every little thing was insane, especially for the amount of wait staff they had with the amount of tables that were full there were more than enough so wasn’t like they were short staffed. What we thought would be a quick dinner so we could go play the games ended up being a 2 1/2 hour dinner. Overall, it ruined our experience and the fun of the night which was disappointing

Food was ok but fries were cold not warm or hot. Our server was great but many servers kept coming over to us and trying to give us others food. One server also took our drink orders and that ended up on a separate bill. Make sure everyone pays attention to were orders go this got really frustrating for customers not only staff that seemed just as frustrating.

Great splurge for kids to adults who like those arcade games. It’s very expensive, but I don’t know any comparable establishment. So my new review policy is to give top marks if there’s no competition, even if it’s pricey. Food price is reasonable and tasty enough.

We choose to have apps / drinks at D&B instead of Level 99. However, we literally waited almost 30 minutes for a round of drinks. I had to go to the bartender to ask to bring drinks over as I could see some of of the drinks waiting at the bar for a while. That isn't the fault of the staff - as I could clearly see the wait staff were short staffed. However, don't seat folks if they can't handle the volume or have someone else bring the drinks over if they are ready.
