I really appreciate how the staff came together to accommodate my space for my birthday dinner party. The manager Maddison real went above and beyond for me to have everything I needed and made me feel real comfortable. I appreciate Dave and Busters staff for everything.

Had to locate Manager to get service. He was very helpful but just watching servers…lot of people running around and not taking care of people. The kitchen was quick and the food is average tasting it is an arcade so you get what you expect. Just waiting so long to be served started everything off badly.

There was no attendant at the front. It was open seating so we didn’t even have a table reserved and we didn’t get to sit together. One of our meals didn’t even get made, they overlooked it. They didn’t even offer to take it off the bill. Spent over $600 and was not very pleased with the service.

Super fun Chiefs AFC Championship game atmosphere. The Ding Ding Dingo Bingo game was fun, the emcee did a great job hyping up the crowd.

We arrived after booking our table on the app and waited only to be told it was open seating that day and to find a table on our own. There were no tables without dirty dishes so we moved some. We waited for 25 minutes and no one spoke to us so we left. It was very disappointing.

Made a reservation via OpenTable yet when checked in at Hostess Desk was told the restaurant was Open Seating. Overheard the gentleman next to me upset about his reservation for a party of 10 not being honored & no available tables to accommodate. He was told, “That’s not how OpenTable works.” What?!?! I also questioned why I was allowed to make a reservation on the app if everything was first come, first serve. No valid answer given. I next asked about issues I had before arriving with the website when trying to buy a Digital Power Card. Twice the charges went through on my CC but the website said, “There was a problem with your payment…” and no card was granted. Two women at the desk told me there are “glitches” online and to “just use the app.” But I wanted help reversing the two posted charges. They could not help me nor could even tell me who to call to speak to about it!!! I said I clicked the “Contact Us” online but didn’t see a specific number for the Rewards Card just Gift Cards. “It should be there,” I was told. It’s not. We found a table in the bar but had to ask the bartender to find our server after 15 minutes and not even acknowledged. Service was PAINFULLY slow. I had to flag our server if we needed anything. I’d get one drink refill request out and she’d spin around & take off before I could request the other two drinks needed for my kids. My husband had to ask for his beer 3 times before it finally came. Tonights experiences seemed to stem from under-trained employees? No plans to return any time soon.

They have an entire dining room area that they do refuse to use. They never answer the phone when you call, I attempted to for 3 weeks. Even if you're making reservation weeks in advance and stop by earlier in the day to confirm said reservation for 12 people. They waited until I came back that night to tell me they would be splitting us up and would not let us put tables together so our family could interact with each other. The food was good and the games were alright, but I probably won't be using this place for group or family functions again.

They were short staffed. Our server busted his butt to get to everyone, making it take a long time to get food and drinks. Cashing out took awhile. I didn’t like how I was expected to tip on the game cards. There were issues with tickets not getting added to our cards, resulting in upset children and a manager who refused to speak to us about it. Not exactly how we wanted our son’s birthday celebration to go when we spent $400+.

Tried to dine there on Veterans Day. Walked in the entrance and people were scattering everywhere. No direction as to where to go for dining. Noticed a scan card to get in line for a table. Scanned it and signed in, it said 3rd in line. We walked around trying to figure out where we needed to wait. I asked a waiter at the dining area which was roped off for a private event. She had no idea. We walked around and I asked another waiter by the bar. He told me to go back where I was because that’s where I’m supposed to wait. We go back over there and end up asking another waitress who came out of the roped off area which was 1/4 full with people. She said it’s a free for all and this dining area is closed for the event. We walked around and there were zero seats. It was a complete mad house. We ultimately left to dine elsewhere. Terrible experience

We are new to the area and for preparation on a busy weekend we made these reservations, only to get there and be told it was “open seating”. There was nothing open and freed up for two people who had reservations, absolutely ridiculous. We don’t plan to give them a second chance either because of how rude the staff we encountered were.

We made reservations on Open Table, but it was open seating due to a private event in the main dining room. Unfortunately the food was a disappointment for this visit. Nonetheless, the video games were fun as usual.

Our server was attentive without being overwhelming. The food was reasonably priced and everyone enjoyed their meal. Game play was pricey and not everyone chose to participate because of that.

We had a reservation for 11:00am. We got there, and our table wasn’t even ready. They had just opened. Then our waitress was a little slow. She even sat down on a chair while she took our order, instead of going around the table (we had a party of 11) so we were having to relay orders from the other end of the table. That seemed a little unprofessional. Other than that, the food was good and the power cards were a hit with the kids and adults.

We arrived and there was a sign on the front table to find a server or bartender for service. We had never been there before and we’re at a lose as where to go. We wondered around a little and found a server. She told us to set wherever we wanted. Getting our food was not any easier. It took about 40 minutes to get our food, we’re told the holdup was a Philly Beef sandwich. Then the food was brought out, except the Philly because of waiting on French fries. Our first experience was not as expected and don’t know if I have the patience to try again.

We came on a Monday night with our U10 soccer team for an end of the season celebration. Our server, Brendan did a fantastic job accommodating us. He was super kind and helpful and quickly addressed any problems that came up. We had a great time!

Unfortunately just bad service the night of my wife's birthday, we don't want to be rude just feedback, the server could use some more training as she seemed timid around people. We had asked for condiments in the beginning and not until we were almost done and asked for them from a different guy that was helping others tables. We needed drink refills but no one had come to check up. Besides that food was good and the entertainment was great. I definitely recommend D&B just fix some service hiccups .

Our service was great, Bob was great. He was absolutely fantastic. Drinks and food was served in a timely manner. The food and game promotion was also explained by Bob so we used one you offered. Great experience.

Everything was great. What was interesting was the guy at front told us they don’t take reservations Monday through Friday. Glad we got a table anyway since our reservations didnt count.

Our waitress was awesome, but the management gave her too many tables to be successful. She had three different tables of 15+ and us. Food was great and the atmosphere is always awesome.

Everything was FINE, but not great. We arrived a little late and our reservation got pushed back about 30 minutes which is totally understandable. Once we were sat we waited about 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. Another 15 before they arrived. And about 10 more minutes before they took our order. It was busy, they were understaffed, but the 50 minutes it took to get our food felt a little silly. We were sat around 6:40, and payed our bills at 9:10. Only about 20 minutes were spent eating food and that food was just barely good enough to make us feel like we weren’t ripped off. Probably won’t be back to eat, but the arcade was a good time.

Got seated at 535 server took our order, it’s was very busy so I didn’t mind the wait. at 7 he tells me that our food either got delivered to another table or he forgot to put it in. (Jaws dropped) he tells us he can put in our ticket or we can leave, but we came to celebrate my sons birthday and I know if we leave the waits gonna be just as long anywhere else as this was a sat night. I just asked if he could rush our order. He puts our food and messes up 2 orders but we’re hungry so just eat it vs having to wait longer. Once it was time to leave he gave me the wrong check so I had to wait for him to come back around, only it was almost like he was trying to avoid my table completely so I called the manager over and I noticed on the bill that he charged us for the refills that he kept bringing after I told him to serve the kids water after their lemonades were done @ $4 a piece it adds up considering he brought them after they left to go play games and never drank them. We didn’t leave the area till 830 the manager did comp the desert but after spending $222 and only being comp a dessert and some game cards even though we already spent $300 in game cards I won’t recommend coming to eat here especially on a weekend

The kids had a blast with the games. The server seemed very over seated. Asked for waters with our drinks and that took about 10-15 minutes longer. The food seemed like everything was pulled out of the freezer and put into a fryer. We also had a high chair that wasn’t at the right height for our table.

Decided to bring it out of town visitor to Dave and busters for dinner after waiting for 60 minutes we still never received our food but other parties that came in 30 minutes after us we brought their meals we had to go someplace else to eat

We reserved a table for a specific time on a weekday night and when we arrived there was no hostess to check in with. After waiting a while, I tracked down a worker who said they were not taking reservations and it was open seating. Manager finally came out and cleared a table for us and apologized. Our waiter was good, food was just okay and took quite a while for us to get our food. Our kids had fun with the games so it wasn’t a complete failure of an evening.

- Most of our party waited for food and drinks for almost an hour and a half. - Our server had no clue what was going on and stopped coming by. - There was poor communication regarding what was taking so long or how much longer it would be. - After half of our table had left, the food arrived - cold. - Only after part of our group left did someone come over to update us and remove items from our bill. - The server, who was also working as a bartender, gave us two free drinks.

Waited hour and half for food to come out and when it did it was cold and steaks were ice cold and not even cooked. We sent 3 of the 5 meals back to be remade. Meals all came back to the table at different times. Waited another 45 minutes for the final meal and the steak still came back extremely rare and cold when asked for medium rare. They offered to discount our ticket initially but they never did. They only took the one meal off the ticket that was not edible. Very disappointed how the manager handled the situation.

Food was good, service could've been easy better. Our group had 11 members, paying separately. Our waiter never asked if we wanted one check or separate checks. The process of receiving everyone's check, the accuracy of them and time it took to pay our bill was ridiculous. And most of us had to walk to the bar to pay instead of paying at the table because he was still getting orders correct. We're a family of tippers and this experience caused us to lower our Normal tip percentage. Ice cream for the 2 birthday folks was an added bonus prior to the check issues. Thought it was weird that our waiter/server did not serve our food. Family members that arrived 30 minutes after our reservation time got their food before those of us that ordered 20 minutes prior. I'd recommend only because the food and drink were decent and my toddler enjoyed the games.

We were there for a surprise birthday party for my husband. Everyone went out of there to help us and to accommodate us and we so much appreciate it.

Food was awful. Ordered a salad and the chicken was hard and cold. The lettuce was soggy and the dressing was watered down.

I know it was a Saturday and busy but I reserved a table a week in advance and had to wait 35min when I got there (not a big deal) but it took 3 whole hours to get our food. I don’t want to say that it was anyones fault besides it just being busy and the staff was struggling to keep up. Will have to try on a weekday next time and see if my experience is different. Had so much fun playing all the games though and virtual reality was so fun.

It was our daughter’s 14th birthday. The kids loved it but the food selection wasn’t great and very expensive.
