Worst service ever received. Table wasn’t ready even though we had reserved in advance. Had to walk out after an hour and a few minutes because we didn’t get drinks until I went to the bar to ask for them because the server never came back with them, food never came and I wasn’t going to ask a second time were it was.

Dave and Busters is always a good time. We reserved 3 tables for an adult birthday party, 12 people. Service was absolutely horrible. Never refilled drinks, orders were wrong and took forever, we asked for boxes, plural, she brought one, we asked again for boxes, she brought one more, we had to ask a third time for boxes. They never gave us silverware/napkins, then they seemed surprised and annoyed that we asked for silverware. I mean, I don’t like eating Cajun pasta with my fingers, but I guess I could have. The games are fun and a great selection, just not a good experience with food and service.

Eat somewhere else, service was terrible. Bartender didn’t understand the rules for AYCE wings. No silverware until we requested from food runner. Bartender would literally be in front of us but never look to see if we need something or ask. At one point return with a beverage for me and ignored my wife’s empty glass. With every reorder of wings they sent a basket of fries @2.99 with asking if I wanted them. Bartenders routinely huddled together talking no paying attention to customers. Food took way to long to come out first order of fries were cold, manager did reduce bill that was the only good part of night.

We went to Dave and Buster's to watch the Super Bowl. We thought it would be crowded, but our section was about 60%. Our server was not very friendly. We witnessed a table of guys sitting near us openly playing cards for money. This did not seem to bother anyone. The boneless chicken wings were over cooked. Crust was so hard you could not pick them up with a fork. Not al all what we were expecting.

There were no clean tables for us when we arrived for our reservation. Everytable was taken or dirty and took 20 mins past our reservation time to get us a clean table.

Table service was awesome. Only complaint was the girl working the hostess stand never smiled. One time was very lethargic and every time we saw her the rest of the night we were there for 3 1/2 hours never had a smile on her face. Not the kind of thing you want for the face of your company.

The fish was bland and the server never returned after the food was delivered. We had to wait a while for her to return to pay. Not busy what so ever either. This was our first time at one of these and it was a neat place and had fun.
