The entire staff did a wonderful job, our waitress Shay was entirely way too good at putting up with a table of 20 plus. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming. Our food came out super fast and everybody was really pleased with it. I would thousand percent Make a big reservation there again.

My fiance and I took her kids here for their first time. Everyone left extremely happy and full! Great selection of games to play. The food is top notch...top notch!! I have always enjoyed Dave N Busters. Now that it is a family affair...we will all be back!!

While this is boasted to be an adult experience it was basically all unsupervised children. The prices of food were high and unreasonable. There was little to no selection on the menu. The noise was unbareable. We thought $4 for a soft drink was unreasonable and expensive. Will not visit again. Ever.

Beware if you have a party of a certain size, they add in gratuity, which typically I am an advocate for, but with the new portable card machines they have, we were never provided a line item paper bill to see that disclosure. We assigned our food items to the various parties, the machine spit out a total, and they told us to put the card in and to enter a tip. After we paid, I was looking at the menu and realized the total that went on my card was about 30 percent higher than my food and drink totaled. This could have been a training issue with the server - if we aren't going to get a print out stating the automatic gratuity, the server should inform the table.

First, we waited and waited at the Hostess station and none came over. Finally I asked someone for help and they didn’t know how to use the seating computer. *Don’t take reservations if you don’t have a hostess* Next we were finally seated and our waitress not once smiled or said thank you. She would just walk away and I would say “thank you” every time. Next she dropped all of our food on the floor and had to order it again. Kids macaroni and cheese came without any sides. Kids pizza was tiny and came alone too. I didn’t know what to say to the kids I was with about the super serious waitress that acted like she would rather be anywhere else in the world than serving us. It was superb uncomfortable. The only think she did well was bring us the pay computer quickly when we were ready to leave.

Good fun. Food was great my grandkids loved making friendship bracelets and playing games. They liked watching the tv games and trivia. All told was a fun place to go!

Dave n busters in Edina is the place to go to have a great time with your family and friends. Friendly helpful staff great food and video games!!! My family and I will definitely be coming here again and again!

The service was terrible. Had reservations and took 15 minutes to be seated. I have three littles so I always make reservations. The waiter took 20 minutes to stop by and the food was way over priced. $30 for a salad at this place that has chicken nuggets as the chicken.

Food and service in the restaurant were great. So many of the games I tried to play were broken and I didn’t see any staff walking around to monitor this so games were disappointing.

As to be expected, Dave and Buster’s is extremely loud. So, just be prepared for that. They do have tables way back in the corner farther away from the games area. Since being there last about a year ago - the menu was significantly reduced. The food was terrible. The kid’s burger was a dried flat beef wafer on a crappy bun. The fried Hawaiian chicken spicy sandwich was horrible, barely edible. The truffle fries were mediocre but the only thing we had enjoyed. They screwed up our order and ended up bringing fries for sides when we already had a huge app of fries. Games were even more expensive than they used to be, and the little prizes were more expensive for cheaper things. Probably won’t be back. There are other similar paces that have better food and more value.

Waitress was very attentive and helpful very pleased with service and the kids had a lot of fun. We forgot birthday candles and the waitress was able to find one for us to save the day!

It’s kinda crappy that my 69$ bill turned into an 80$ bill….I always thought the word “suggested” meant if you want too…I didn’t appreciate them suggesting a tip but taking it anyway…I won’t be coming back. Food was sub par at best

The gaming options are insanely expensive. We were there with a big group, spent about 2 hours, my family bought 3 tap beers, a side of fries and a gaming card for our 8 year old and the bill was nearly $80 before tip. The $38 gaming card worked for roughly an hour worth of games. The waitress was great and the service was really fast but the value for the total money spent while there was just not there for me.

Took over half an hour to have drink order taken. At least 15 more minutes to get drinks. Every though it wasn’t busy and seemed fully staffed. Too loud to have a conversation.

Group of 10. Waitstaff rarely came around. We had to leave our group and stop what we were doing to service our own beverages from the bar. When wait staff appeared she didn't bring all which was ordered. Food was below average. Nobody happy.

We got up to play games and we had a table reserved and still had our food in boxes and they threw our food away and gave away our reserved table and there several instances were people would stay on the same game for over an hour. Basically threw my money away
