Our table was ready as promised. Our waitress was amazing! The noise level was a bit loud so it was hard to have a conversation at the table for dinner but the whole experience was worth it. Menu had something to offer everyone! We bought a $50 game card and a $20 game card which was plenty to keep the kids entertained for an hour!

The only thing that happened is the waitress bussed out table before we paid or left . Our food was remade hot and with the 50% off app We pair for a family of of 4 with tip 13.19$

At 128 dB it was as loud as a jet afterburner runway. I put in 32dB earplugs and it still was so loud I had to wait outside for the seat. Even with a reservation it took an hour and a half to be seated. The Mushroom and Swiss burger should not have mayo on it. The tomato drips water when you turn the burger on its side. You can't hear the person beside you without shouting. The food was way overpriced with a $120 bill on top of a $126 gaming bill for 2 kids. We won't be back.

We had a wonderful experience! They were amazing with accommodation to a larger group with special needs kids! We enjoyed it and it wasn’t to overwhelming for our special needs kiddos!

I took my husband and 2 kids amd we had a great time. It's a bit pricey but that's to be expected when you go out to play games and goof around. Everyone was very nice and the kids were super happy being silly. If you are looking for a fun dinner with children I recommend this!

Miles was very attentive and kind. The hostess was not very friendly but the sever, food and experience with our kids made up for it.

The food was mediocre in flavor at best. One of the guests with us received their meal well ahead of even our appetizers and no one even questioned that, servers or food runner. When asked about it there was zero resolution given.

The food is way overpriced for the quality and quantity. Our server was very nice, but the kitchen was slow. Other Dave and Busters around the country are better. Will not be back to this location.

Our server was amazing! There was 5 of us. 4 being kids and we took up an 8 top table. Our server never acted annoyed with us and never tried to rush us out. Very attentive and patient. Very much appreciated.

We had a large group and had some issues with the dividing of the bills. We got double charged for food that had already been paid for. However, the waitress that had taken over for our original waiter who got called to run the bar, she worked with the manager to get the bill taken care of. Overall, the food was good and our waiter was personable. The gaming was fun. Our 9 and 10 year olds loved celebrating their birthdays there. It was a bit loud and chaotic for the grandparents though.

We ordered the boneless chicken wings. The first plate of wings that came out were over done. The second plate of chicken wings that came out made me sick.

I had a reservation and didn’t get it until almost 30 minutes later.. had to wait on our food longer due to untold circumstances that they didn’t have the food we ordered.

It was very cold inside because their furnace can’t handle iowa cold.. Food was okay, nothing wowing and overpriced. Don’t spend extra on truffle fries since it’s just parm chz poured over fries .

The server took forever to come to our table, getting a refill on drinks were nearly impossible. A few games took our “tokens” off the card. Cashing out i used my card and not my boyfriends on accident. My card was double charged.

Food is pricey, not a big menu and not a whole lot to chose from. When we went the best wasn’t working and the outside temp was in the negatives, everyone had to eat in their coats, and a lot of their games were broken or their card readers were not working. It’s a shame. We ordered appetizers before gaming and they were all actually really good, which was a plus. They should of just closed for the day instead of making their employees work in that cold building

Food and service was awesome! Atmosphere was great! Three huge screens and numerous TV's all over showing different games. Arcade has great games and all were working. The whole place was very clean and family friendly.

Wings were cold, cheese on sandwich was bad which was taken off bill. Felt the price for food was ok, server kep apologizing for delays, extremely loud, and very expensive

We ended up leaving our table and not even eating because there was one Server for the whole restaurant. And I heard the manager say food was 1hour out. Not worth it!!

Our server Michael was great! Even though he had many tables he was very attentive and interactive with our sons and their friends! They loved him. Dave & Busters has a great employee!

Service was awful. Ordered a Diet Coke, a regular was served (no big deal) but when I asked for a diet it took over 10 minutes and again, regular soda. Was able to get a diet from the manager who happened to bring out food but our server but another regular even when explained that I was a type one diabetic who really needed a diet soda. Loads of other little things that didn’t go well, took way too long, and overall was just bad service

It is good to have a gaming place in West Des Moines. Our city needs more things to do! This place is small and really noisy. Parking is insufficient due to the proximity to the mall. Our waiter was amazing! Very kind and kept the drinks coming and was kind about food orders—our teenagers were off playing games. Other cities like Chicago have more space so the restaurant area isn’t as loud. The games are really loud.

First time here at this location, had a reservation for a party of 12. So prepared for the potential long waiting for everything. Waited roughly 30 min past our reservation but was then seated. Waited about 20 min for a server but it was clearly a busy time to be there. All good. We all order drinks, apps and our entree the moment our server came. Everything came within 10 min of ordering. EVERYTHING. Not sure how this happened but we were impressed. Food was delicious. Drinks were good. Server was friendly. Genuinely impressed especially with our large party.

Food was okay, however I was charged for two burgers that were not mine. The service was horrible, had reservation and the girl seating people told us to wait as there were tables being cleaned off, as we waited we watched her seat people all over the restaurant as there was open tables everywhere. She was rude! Finally seated only to not be able to hear anyone speaking because it’s incredibly loud in there. Our waitress could not hear our order. I am going to assume that’s why she charged us for 2 extra burgers.

Amazing service and super fun atmosphere. Food was decent…not super hot. Volume on the televisions were insanely loud. You should not have to yell to have a conversation with the person sitting next to you.

Horrible experience for my son’s 11th birthday. We had a reservation at 1pm. We anreived ant 12:50 annd were told “we would have to wait for our table” and were not sat at the table until 2:30pm. Food was dry and service was poor and slow. We waited another hour and half for food. Finally got the bill at 4:30pm. When my son went to the prize room a staff member told him he had 4,900 points to spend when he waited in line with his prize he was then told “oh I’m sorry I told you wrong, you actually have 2,900 points” the place was dirty and trash/ ash tray was over flowing my and littering the ground in front of the doors. We will not be coming back and will be making a point to tell everyone we know how terrible our very first experience was. What a shame we spent $300 for such a let down.

Have never been here before, but the host and our server showed great hospitality. We went on a Monday around happy hour and they had great deals. Their wings are phenomenal, super saucy and crispy. They had a variety of different games, overall my group had fun. We will definitely come back!

Ideal place to go to dine for those that are in the company of people who are restless. Lots of games to play while waiting for food. Wait staff are very nice and accommodating.

Took a few extra minutes to get our reserved table set up but once we were able to sit we had a lot of fun! Our waiter was so fun, friendly and made sure our whole group was taken care of. We initially had 12 but ended up with 16 of us and he never missed a beat! The noise level was a bit much but the staff had no problem turning off the speaker above us and we truly appreciated that! We will be back!
