Our server Mercedes was wonderful, we all felt like she went above and beyond. I have been in the service industry for years, doing everything including busser, server, bar back, bartender, service professional and management. I really felt like Mercedes was working really hard and could have benefited from more support from her bussing/host/management staff. Our entire party commented that it really felt like she was doing everything on her own and I have to tell you she still killed it! Please thank her for us. Regarding the rest of the experience it was also great, we were there for a birthday celebration and everyone had a great time. Additionally, on this visit the music was loud but not unbearable, as it sometimes can be. Thank you.

Abby, a server, always is so friendly and makes it a special place to eat. You can't forget the managers, like Iris, who walk by always and make sure everything is going great. I would recommend anyone to eat here. It's not only Abby who serve you who makes the experience wonderful.

Every year, different restaurants offered free food/meal for my birthday, but not a single item from Dave & Buster’s. Made a mistake celebrating here, no singing or free dessert at all!😕😞👎👎👎. Fish and Chips was yucky, but the Pretzel Appetizer was good. That is all I can recommend. Don’t waste your time here.

I dishes came when the other half of party was almost done eating. No free soda refills were offered, we had to ask. The first platter of the all you can eat chicken wings was a good normal size, however the second was served in a small paper snack tray. Unimpressed.

We expected it to be super packed but it was actually perfect timing. Took our son for his bday to just play games and have fun he loved it and we lived playing all the games with him. The staff was so nice and attentive! Food was great and most of the games were in good working order. The place was very clean as well!

Service was great! Place was fun with lots of activities for all ages. FOOD WAS AWFUL. 7 of us dined - we ordered wings (mushy); Philly cheesesteak (cheese topping was was awful); chicken strips (dry); and 2 cheeseburgers (fair).

Overall it was a 4/5 experiance the particular server we had, didn't pay as much attention as she probably could have, which resulted in the wrong order/wrong drinks. Still a fun place and would recommend for a place that has beer for parents, and games for kids!

The waiter/server was horrible had to ask for simple things as water. I gave him my number to get my rewards and 20% off. He didn't run my number, so the 20% will expire now. I don't think it's fair that he didn't get run my number.

Hello, our overall experience was low. Waiter was overbusy and did not provide utensils, napkins or plates for our appetizer shared among 4 people. A busboy did provide utensils. All food n drinks were delivered quickly. Unfortunately, my Philly Cheesesteak had bread that was chewy, tough and the meat tasted fishy. I immediately returned the meal for a refund. Another person had a regular burger but only ate a quarter as it tasted bad. All fries were good. The other people in our party had the voodoo pasta, of which they were satisfied. We understood the noise level would be loud, especially sitting between the games n bar. We needed the waiter there more frequently as we were not within visual sight and verbal communications were not easy. There was also great disappointment that the adult drinks and appetizer selection was so small.

Server was inattentive, missed an ordered appetizer, and did not check back in on us. Food was okay. Fries were cold, and I did not like the ranch dressing. Some of the games were not working, and one of the air hockey games scoring was broken. We had fun, but I won’t eat there again.

That was quite possibly the worst service we have ever had. She didn’t put in my husbands meal, my fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them, the chicken tenders were slimy and super small. They charged the couple we were with extra for sauces when they were supposed to be included since she got the sauce on the side instead of on them and then her husbands chicken parm was terrible wasn’t even seasoned at all, probably could of used some seasoning from my fries. They discounted our meal, which was nice but not necessary but the server gave no attention to our table, never refilled our drinks I had to keep waving her down and get up to ask someone else to refill our waters. We probably won’t eat there ever again.

Our server was great, but the kitchen sent out food in the most disorderly manner possible. Our large group slowly got their orders over the course of 40 minutes. Someone would bring out a tray, and not all of it was for a single table… they’d give us one thing, then go give the rest to another table. One time he brought out our appetizer, seemed confused, brought it back, then gave it to us at the end of the meal!

Horrible service. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Finally took orders and waited over 30 minutes and food never came. Came to tell us that they had to re-order food. We left.

Avoid Dave and Busters for any type of food!! It is the worst! We have had tons of bad experiences, but the little one wanted to eat their for their family birthday dinner so we went against our better judgement. We made reservations and it still took almost an hour and half for our food to come out and when it did it was horrible! They were out of a ton of things on the menu. The French fries and burger were inedible. The fries had so much salt on them - they were disgusting, and the bun on the burger was so hard you couldn’t bite through it.

Kids meals were great value and the kids loved them. Waitress were very busy not hard to get refills not their fault though the place was packed. Had a great time!

It was a great start, food was delicious but the server was really rude. We understood it was busy, and there were quite a few of us, but our server didn't come check on us if we wanted anything else, we had to constantly find outr waitress. We were checking out, and asked the waitress that we need it split. She gave us attitude and said really? She didn't even come back, she had the manager that Night to assist us. We knew what we ordered, we knew what we were paying each. We understood that our bill was big, but we were all willing to help her. The manager came to assist us, as she couldnt handle us, we did our calculations and paid.

I understand that this is a chain restaurant, but it seems particularly tone deaf to serve Atlantic salmon in a restaurant in Alaska. Also, the local beer "selection" only included one local beer and there are so many great options available. It seems like they could do better.
