The restaurant is open and fun with unique decorations (books in the bookshelves). You could read a Nancy Drew mystery while you’re waiting for your food! The food comes quickly so you won’t get much read! We ordered the yellow curry with coconut rice, the special beef salad, and the tiger prawns appetizer. Everything was delicious. Service was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Food was delicious and service was quick. Did feel very rushed however, it felt the minute our food was eaten the waiting staff were ready to kick us out the restaurant! Food was very very tasty I must reiterate, but a little over priced in my opinion.

Great customer service and care. Arthur last minute we adjusted or reservations as we a few minutes after we were seated and they accommodate us with an additional space for late addition guest. Food was great, the four of us feast family style on crab fried rice, Yum Neua, mixed vegetables, Pad Thai and few other meals. Needless to say everything we tasted was satisfying. Will return soon.

The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. The service was attentive and excellent. The ambience was our only mild issue. If you're looking for a quiet dinner, look elsewhere. Very noisy to the degree one needed to shout to be heard across the table at a 2 person table. We will order take out !

I love the creativity and the flavors in the food. Thai is already very vibrant but they made it even more interesting and delicious. The cost is Bay Area food so it’s a bit pricey

I really love this restaurant. The food is fabulous and the staff is super friendly and so very attentive. The venue is super cute and I can’t say enough good things about the experience we had.

The service was quite disappointing. The host walked by us multiple times before I had to stop and ask could we check in. He said one second and never returned. Someone else, I believe the manager, was about to check another group in who had just got there. I kindly spoke up. Once seated, we felt rushed by the waitress staff. This being our first time, we wanted to ask their opinion on popular items. We couldn’t get that since she would barely speak to us and leave. The food was actually pretty decent. Drinks were great and looked amazing. Thai tea was the second best I’ve had in the states. I would come back again just for drinks and photos. I hope the service gets better.

I really enjoyed the food. But unfortunately it was cold inside the restaurant. Also, the prices were quite high. The quality of the food was excellent. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone who is not on a strict budget. The people working there were really nice. Service was good, but a little slow. Overall, we enjoyed it and would consider going back.

What a discovery! The food, the service, the setting. We had the Crab fried rice, the fried chicken and a small coconut chicken soup. Everything was exquisite and the portions were generous. We added the Waygu beef salad which was also great, but between the two us we hardly made a dent on that much food. We really enjoyed the House Gin and Island Tea drinks as well. We had the Vacation dessert (coconut ice cream, sticky rice, pieces of fresh coconut, split between the two of us. We look forward to returning soon.

Our dining experience was not good. The food was too spicy and the menu didn’t warn us. Also for the quality of the experience, the value was poor. I am not likely to return.

Thus was our first time to Daughter Thai Kitchen but won’t be our last. The ambience was only outdone by the fantastic food. We had the Tom Yum Fried Rice and Pumpkin Curry. Both dishes were fabulous. And the service was excellent. I highly recommend experiencing Daughter Thai Kitchen. We’ll be taking our foodie friends from out of town here when they visit. Excellent restaurant!

It was raining , cold and lunch time so only the inside was open. There is a large outside eating area that looks very nice. Inside was small but not crowded. we ate at the window and did not worry re covid. At lunch there is a prix fixe $27 plate with soup, 2 appetizers a large makn dish and rice. We worried it would be too much but it came all on a large plate/tray and was fine , only a little large. The food was all delicious . WE will definitely return.

We ordered the whole fish which is a must! That perfect fried fish and sauce are delicious. Cocktails were great too.

Nice spot, good service, food was not as good as usual. Pad Thai was way too sweet and the red curry had barely any veggies. I’m thinking it was an off day cause the food is usually so good. Pricier than your average Thai restaurant so a little disappointed about this meal, but I’ll try again and will be back.

The restaurant is adorable. We had early dinner reservations, and arrived a bit before the restaurant opened. We sat on the bench and observed the workers, prepare for dinner service. We were not acknowledged until the restaurant opened. The food was delightful, but not exceptional. Overall the cost/value did not represent the mediocre dining experience.

Food and drinks are great. Very nice looking restaurant, lots of flowers and colorful decor. Just be prepared as it is on the pricey side, but food is very tasty. I will be going back for more.

The food is fantastic and clearly prepared with great care. You can get cheaper Thai food, but you won’t get better Thai food. Plus, the setting is relaxed and welcoming.
