Darley's Restaurant est la signature gastronomique du restaurant Blue Mountains du Lilianfels Resort & Spa. Darley's currently offers a 3 course $145 per person menu. For bookings of 6 or more people we will require a non-refundable deposit of 30% paid at time of booking. The deposit is forfeit for cancellations at any time up to 7 days prior to your reservations. Any cancellation inside 7 days may attract the Cancellation fee of $145 per person. All changes to bookings need to be communicated in writing reservations@lilianfels.com.au

Some of the best food we have ever had, cannot fault anything. Great selection of wines and wiskey too. Absolutely wonderful experience can’t wait to go again!

The waiter that showed us to our seats she completely ignored us to chat with a couple she knew on a neighbouring table. We sat ourselves to our table. When we asked for sparkling water or got a top up we got more water on the table or on my phone then in the glass. This set the mood for us and did impact our overall experience. We felt better that we had different waiters bring our food but we expected more from a hatted restaurant. Agree we did book a late session 8pm but nonetheless when you go to a hatted restaurant your going their for the overall end to end experience. The overall service form our 7pm entry to the bar was lacking, we stood there waiting to be acknowledged by anyone working there. Once we did we have to say the mocktails we ordered was top notch but the taking of our food order was slow, waiter knew we were ready to order but she chose to set a table instead then come take our order. We ordered all our meals straight away but the timing the food was brought out was so slow. The presentation of the food was nice but there was nothing amazing with the flavour. We hope the service didn't sour our taste buds but we dined at the the Wintergarden restaurant at Hydro Majestic Blue Mountain the night before and we felt in comparison Darleys was lacking in service, flavour and ambience. Sadly disappointed we were hoping for an amazing experience. Definitely go to the Wintergarden instead. Way better ambience, service and flavour!!! Pairing wines were spot on... didn't even have a wine pairing option at Darley's.

We have dined in many venues across the mountains. So often restaurants do not live up to the hype but Darley’s exceeded our expectations. The food, ambience and service was exceptional. The subtle layering of flavours was a work of art. Like a good perfume it is not about one stand out scent but the combination of many elements that makes for the perfect evening.

This was our third or fourth experience at Darley’s and it continues to be one of our preferred destinations. The food and especially the wines are exquisite. Definitely worth the trip.

A Fine dining venue and with fine food is wonderful and portions were good. But it’s still expensive and only affordable for a treat or special occasion.
