Owners Mario Leon and Tamara Bourso introduced traditional Spanish cuisine with a Dali twist to Boston in 1989 and the concept of pairing/sharing tapas quickly spread throughout the restaurant community. Dali offers a full liquor bar with Sangria, original/vintage Cocktails, and Bottoms Up Shots. The interior is personalized with quirky decor such as the Crying Gold Wall, Lost & Found Clothesline, and a LED Interactive Table that cozily seats 6-10 convivial guests.

Reservations available Wednesday thru Sunday from 5:30 to 10 and we invite you for a memorable evening.

Food was not as curated as it used to be and felt more like processed food that was frozen and fried with added sauces. The duck was the best thing we ordered but 20 years ago the food felt authentically Spanish with layers of flavors. Atmosphere was lovely and i still enjoyed the evening out with friends.

This is my favorite restaurant. Period. I have been eating here since it opened 36 years ago. My family feels like family when we eat here. In particular, we have had the same server, Rafael, since I was a teenager, and you could not meet a nicer man. I think I have eaten here maybe 100 times, and every time I walk away saying "that's as excellent as the first time I ate here".

The food was delicious. It was a nice mix of standard tapas done beautifully and some new twists. The service was great. The restaurant is so cozy. I will definitely be back.

Nice ambiance, good food, and excellent service. Our waiter was of good advice with the choice of wine and also with tapas recommendation. I would have loved to listen to Spanish music, as they were playing commercial regular music. I don't mean necessarily flamenco, but also new generation Spanish singers, to discover and to make the experience complete;)

Absolute 10/10!!! My boyfriend and I came to Dali for a date night and couldn't have had a better night. The food and the service was amazing. Everything came out perfectly timed so we had enough time to chat and spend time together and have enough time in between all the dishes we ordered to eat and digest. The food was cooked perfectly and so flavorful. We couldn't even finish all of our dishes because we ordered so much and were so full! The cocktails were amazing, we both got martinis, and one of Dali's signature dessert shots. Our server was also so incredibly sweet and gave us great recommendations for dishes to try. Would 100% come back here again for another date night, or with friends and family. It was so lively and had such great vibes, a total gem!

An incredible dining experience. I will go there every time I’m in Boston. The service food and ambience were outstanding. my son and I have celiacs and they are super friendly to people with allergies to gluten. The cocktails were super delicious as well. I thought it was fairly priced and very special. A real gem!

Fantastic food and service in a funky, cozy space. Small plates: many dangerously hot; all dangerously delicious. Every table seems to be marking some special occasion, which the staff enthusiastically celebrates in song (to the tune of Happy Birthday, regardless of the occasion). Dali is fun, loose, comfortable, raucous, joyous. Once, long ago, the owner, Mario (RIP), confided “I have no customers...” Then, gesturing to the full tables around us, added “only friends who come to dinner.” Mario may be gone, but the Dali spirit lives on.

We reserved ahead of time for our anniversary and were seated near the bar when we asked why we couldn’t sit at a more ambient part they said this is it and a better place than what we were requesting. Won’t prioritize going back.

Dali is one of my favorite restaurants. I've been going for years and a lot has changed. I still love their tapas and drinks and the gloriously décor of the place but I must say that I really miss the energy and the cheerfulness of the staff, specially the fun way they used to dressed….pearls and jeans!!!!

The food was amazing, as always, and the service was excellent! They were able to meet our request that we needed to leave leave in an hour without making us feel rushed! The only negative was the disruption from several Birthday celebrations and it was quite noisy. Still absolutely worth it!!

Fabulous service, atmosphere and location. The menu is wonderful. Go for small plates and share share share. The four of us had about 13 plates, a variety. Veges, duck, chicken, the sea, saffron Spanish rice and much more. All wonderfully prepared and served. Great staff, engaging and communicative. Very much recommend Dali. We’re from Vermont and our next family visit to the area we will be back to Dali.

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. We order few tapas calientes dishes and a main plate, food was good and the price was fine. You definitely need to make a reservation otherwise you will be waiting for for a table. We will come back.

The food was outstanding. Recommended by Mr. Walsh a customer of mine and regular of yours. I cannot express how satisfied with the kitchen we were, as a family in the F&B industry. Server could be a little more personable but overall great experience and will be back.
